the snorlax and clafeble is normal, the blissey is, too.

I cant see the shiny dex cause of something on my computer but some shiny pokemon look very similar to their normals

You have a 1 in 8192 chance of seeing a Shiney.....Their colours are different e.g Mew is White instead of Pink.

Mew is blueish when it's shiny.

There isn't any trick to it. Everytime you encounter a wild pkmn, there is a very slight chance that it's shiny (in which it's colour(s) are different). The theoretical probability of encountering shiny pkmn is 1/1892 (which may be why you haven't encountered one before), so if you happen to encounter one, make every effort to catch it. :P
