I don't follow why you use Crosschop.

Attacks;

Well Magmar is more of a special attacker, Crosschop isnt a very good choice, I would try something supportive, like Double Team, maybe Attract...even Sunny Day to boost its Flamethrower.

I would turn your Vaporeon into a Rest-Chesto battler, get rid of Bite, (its not very strong and there is not alot of pokemon Vaporeon can outrun, so the Flinch Effect doesnt really work) and teach it rest and let it hold a Chesto Berry. Vaporeon can take alot of hits before going down, rest chestoing adds torment to the oppenant.

Rock Tomb, for Donphan does help it fight oppenents faster than it, but it has the accuracy of a blind person ( I cant ever get it to hit but 50% of the time) I would try a nice Rock Slide.

Crobat is nice however!

Electabuzz is a toughie because A it has better Physical attack, and B. No eletric moves are Physical (unless your playing D/P) I wouldnt even know where to begin...I would just leave it with those moves, except replace either Thunder, or Thunderbolt, with something like Psychic, or Hidden Power (Grass or Water) to give it an edge against ground types.

Snorlax, is pretty decent. I would although get rid of Focus Punch...its a tough move to exicute, unless you can predict a switch or the oppenant is Frozen or asleep. If you can do this, by all means leave it. But if you are finding it hard to score a Focus Punch, I would move onto something else, like Brick Break.

Natures;

Magmar would best be suited with Modest or Timid Nature, Modest makes Sp Attack better than Physical. and Timid helps Magmars Speed go up better and Physical Attack not so much.

Vaporeon, Hardy Nature, there is nothing wrong with this, it doesnt help anything, but it doesnt hurt anything. Since you arent letting it use Physical Moves, then I would suggest Modest Nature. That way you are getting more Sp Attack power, and getting rid of some physical attack, that your not using anyways.

Donphan with Impish Nature, is ok, helps its Defence, and hurts its Sp Attack....which it doesnt have good Sp Attack anyways. I would suggest Adamant, that way its getting a Attack boost, and will lower Sp Attack. (which it doesnt need)

Crobat, Crobats main priority is speed, it has alot of it, I would try for a Jolly Natured one, heighten its Speed even more, and lower Sp Attack. If you do this, your best bet would be to get rid of Giga Drain, and try for Double Team, this way why your oppenant is sitting there knocking the crap outta itself with Confuse Ray. You can raise your evasiveness.

Electabuzz..again a toughie for the GBA Games. Since its best with physical attacks, it doesnt have alot of those it can learn, I would keep it Exactly the way it is. Naughty = Attack+/Sp Def-

Snolax, your Snorlaz knows all Physical moves...but its nature raises Sp Attack and lowers Defence... Snolax can take alot of damage...why not have an Adamant one? That way it will lower its Sp Attack (cause its not using any Special moves.) Raise its Physical attack...which would help it out ALOT, and wont hurts its Physical Defence.

OK wow that was a book...sorry.
