Semi-Legit
It is commonly known that any Arceus out right now is clearly a forgery. However, one could hack the Azure Flute in then catch a legitimate Arceus according to the game, this can also be applied to Darkrai and Shaymin as well. Do you think that Nintendo would crack down on these once Arceus, Shaymin and Darkrai become official?

I'm not exactly understand the point of your question, but note that those Pokémon are still hacked. o_O
As I said they still are hacked, however with the items your DS reads them as legit.
So my question is, Will Nintendo Crackdown on these instances once the pokemon in question become available? |
Nintendo cant do anything about pokemon being hacked. O_o well, i assume they could but it'd be millions and millions of dollars wasted for nothing really.
They could always block the member from using WiFi and Wireless so that they isolated themselves in a hole
^There'd be no way of detecting whether or not that Arceus was hacked, though.
If that happened to me, I'd just delete my settings and set them up again and I'd be back on, even if my palpad data is erased.
