Looking into this team..

For My Diamond Version. Could I please get some suggestions? Also, If somebody could tell me which stats I should put my EV's into for each Pokemon, I would appreciate it.

Ninetales
Timid Nature
-Nasty Plot
-Hypnosis
-Flamethrower
-Energy Ball

If This works for Ninetales I need to know how to breed to get a Vulpix with Hypnosis and Energy Ball, If anybody knows.

Gliscor
Adamant Nature with Hyper Cutter
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-X-Scissor
-Stone Edge

Venusaur
Modest Nature
-Sludge Bomb
-Sleep Powder
-Sunny Day
-Solarbeam

Or Maybe instead of Sunny Day/Solarbeam I should go with Leech Seed and Magical leaf?

Starmie
Timid Nature or Modest Nature? with Natural Cure
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Dragonite
Adamant Nature
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Wing Attack
-Thunderpunch

Snorlax
Careful Nature with Thick Fat
-Return
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Rest

Energy Ball is a TM. Get a male Stantler that knows Hypnosis.

Gliscor
Adamant Nature with Hyper Cutter
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-X-Scissor
-Stone Edge/Rock Slide

I personally like Rock Slide better.

Venusaur
Timid Nature
-Energy Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-HP Fire
-Solarbeam

Or Maybe instead of Sunny Day/Solarbeam I should go with Leech Seed and Magical leaf? No, you should have neither.

Starmie
Timid Nature or Modest Nature? with Natural Cure
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Starmie... who cares? This is fine.

Dragonite
Adamant/Jolly Nature
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Wing Attack
-Thunderpunch/Fire Punch

Jolly, if you'd like to survive an Ice beam. Fire Punch for those scary Ice types.

Snorlax
Careful Nature with Thick Fat
-Return
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Rest
Curse would also be acceptable to replace any of the first three.

Well, yep. That's it. Hope I helped some.

That is helpful. Thank you.

In one of their greatest moments of stupidity, GF forgot to make Nintales learn Energy Ball by TM. You'll have to breed for it.

In that case, I'd need to know who he taught it to.

Espeon Master June 30th, 2007 2:45 PM

Well I was going to use the energy ball TM on Venusaur since it'll need it too. Can I still get energy ball on Ninetails?

Put it on which ever one is a male.

Even better, just get another one at the Fight Arena.

I don't know much about the rest of your team, but a good Starmie:

Starmie
Timid Nature with Natural Cure
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Recover
-Rain Dance/Ice Beam

Espeon Master June 30th, 2007 4:57 PM

I'm getting very confused about this whole Ninetales business. I know it can't learn Energy Ball through a TM, like sanjay said.

Lemonde thanks for the Stamie suggestion. I think I'll keep Ice Beam but Recover might be a good option.

Recover and Rain Dance fail entirely as Starmie isn't meant to last long.

Espeon Master July 1st, 2007 10:55 AM

Ok, so then I'm keeping Psychic.

Anybody else have any suggestions?

I think for the Ninetales with Energy Ball and Hypnosis your going to have to get a Smeargle to sketch the moves and then breed it onto Ninetales (Its the only pokemon that can get Hypnosis and Energy Ball through any method in Ninetale's Egg Group.)

It has already been determined how this will be dealt with.
