Shiny Question
I'm trying to get a shiny Clampearl and I just caught a normal one, now I'm breeding it. How long, on average, does it take to actually get a shiny out of this? Like, how many eggs is the normal or what are the chances? It would be great help if someone could tell me thanks! :)

The chance is 1/8192 I think... But this chance is always set like that so even if you hatched 8,191 eggs, the next one still might not be shiny. It's just a matter of luck. It could be your first egg or 10,000th egg so it depends if you're determind or not because you can get it if you keep trying. Well, good luck anyways since it's pretty hard but the reward is great to get your own shiny pokemon. :D

No, seriously, a very long time. However, if you're willing to breed long enough, and patiently, it can always help you if your out to collect Shinies. I suggest only doing this if you are really into shinies. Or if you're really bored. |
My friend got the game yesterday and already has a shiny shinx

Born or in the wild, it's 1 in 8192. Checking in the wild can save you much time, though.
