Moss Stone + Other "Evee" Stones

I'm looking to convert my (future) Evee into a Leafeon, and I need to locate the Moss Stone. However, consideing it's whereabouts are unkown to me, I ask you,: WHERE'S THE MOSS STONE?!? Lol xD

Anyway, if you know where to find it, please post stating the location. Be a little specific, if you can! :3

Also, if you know the location of any other stones that change Evee's form, I'd really like to know. Thanks! <3

The moss stone is in Eterna Forest, enter from the south, head north and west and you should see it soon

There is an Icy rock in route 217, however I don't know exact details for that

The Ice Rock is in that snow route. You know that really blizzardy part of the route where you walk really slow trudging through snow and there are a few houses in that big area? Well... in the north-east of it is where the rock is.

There is no Moss Stone or Ice Stone item. You just need to stand next to the stone shown on *points up* those screenshots, then level the Eevee up.
