Huntail @ Leftovers
Nature: Gentle (DO NOT CHANGE CUZ ITS A SHINY)
EVs: ???
Surf
Crunch
Ice Fang
Rain Dance

Surf>Waterfall since you already have 2 physical attacks. Rain Dance to raise power of Surf and to double its speed, thanks to its Swift Swim ability.

Noctowl @ ???
Nature:
EVs:
Air Slash
Hynosis
Psychic
???

I'm sorry, but I honestly think Noctowl is crap. A horrible base Defense that hardly allows it to survive any physical attack. Only its Special Defense is OK, the rest is subpar.

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Nature:
Evs:
Rock Slide/Stone Edge
Earthquake
Ice Fang
Return

EQ is okay, but Ice Beam and Blizzard is a screw up on Mamoswine. Adamant Nature w/ physical moves please. Ice Fang is physical and it gets a STAB, as well as EQ, and a power Rock-type is good too. Good friendship helps w/ Return.

Abomasnow @ Leftovers
Nature:
Evs:
Swords Dance
Ice Shard/Ice Punch/Avalanche
Rock Slide/Brick Break/Earthquake
Seed Bomb/Bullet Seed

Physical attacks w/ Adamant. Swords Dance to power up. Teach it one of the three physical Ice-type moves, the physical Grass-type move Seed Bomb (obtained from breeding) or get Bullet Seed if all else fails.

Magmortar @ ???
Nature:
Evs:
Flamethrower
Sunny Day
Confuse Ray
Toxic

Flamethrower, and no Lava Plume.

Mismagius @ Shell Bell
Nature:
Evs:
Shadow Ball
Calm Mind
Magical Leaf
Thunderbolt

Special Attack moves...

Rate away, and make changes. And add Evs

Hope that helps quite a bit.

I can help with Noctowl. Sure, his defense is crap, but it becomes much more survivable with Reflect. Here's my good Moveset.

Noctowl-Light Clay
Hypnosis
Whirlwind
Air Slash
Reflect

With Hypnosis, you have a pretty high chance of causing sleep. Then switch the enemy out with Whirlwind, rinse, and repeat. But remember, first use Reflect. My Noctowl stood up to an Attack EV trained Tyranitar's Stone Egde because of Reflect. Not by much, but enough to cause a good sleep to half his team with Hypnosis & Whirlwind. Air Slash is for that STABed-just in case attack move, since his sp.att isn't awful.

I know he's UU, but she served me well thus far. Besides, I play with my favorites. You just gotta know how to use em'.

Thanks for the help everyone, but I'm not gonna be taking out and replacing pokemon. I'm gonna use Sims Noctowl idea and I'M GONNA USE HUNTAIL!!!! I've started to EV train him, 252 Atk., 252 Def., 6 HP

I understand you taking out Aqua Tail on him, but I'm not using surf or rain dance for a good reason. Rain Dance causes thunder to have 100% accuracy and Surf isn't physical, I know I have a lot of physical moves (actually all) but I'm EV training him in what he (or she in my case) does best.

As for everything else, I'm getting a lot of different options. :p I think I still need to find one I like for Magmortar though.

*bump*

+ I updated the Natures and Ev's of most pokemon. I hope you peoples can help me with abomasnow the most. and some items need improvement on most pokemon.

Azonic July 6th, 2007 11:46 AM

[email protected] Rock
Modest
252 SP.ATK/ 252 SPEED/ 4 HP

Sunnyday
Flamethrower
Solarbeam
Thunderbolt/Focusblast

Sunnyday strengthens it against water types so it loses its weakness and also powers up Solarbeam and Flamethrower. Solarbeam handles water types with Thunderbold and Focus blast is there to handle Rock and Ground types. with Solarbeam. Flamethrower is super strong with STAB and sunnyday. You want the Hot Rock to make it last longer.

[email protected]
Brave
252 ATK/252 HP/ 4 SP.DEF
Blizzard/Avalanche
Wood Hammer
Grasswhistle
Swagger/EQ

Blizzard gets 100 AC in Snowstorm. If you want something easier to handle, use Avalanche so you don't have to split the EV's up between Special and Physical Attack.Grasswhisle and Swagger can be a real annoyer. If you don't like the Swagger because of switching in, use EQ instead. EQ can handle Fire types.not sure on items. If Grasswhistle's accuracy starts to bug you, switch to Toxic and get rid of Swagger too.
Blizzard
Wood Hammer
Toxic
EQ

[email protected]/Lefties
Brave Nature
252 ATK
Avalanche
EQ
Return
Stone Edge

Mamoswine is only unable to counter water type weakness. Avalanche with STAB, Abomasnow's Snow Warning, a massive ATK stat really back a wallop. it can handle grass types too. EQ covers the majority of its weaknesses. Fire, Steel, etc alog with STAB boost and a massive attack stat. Its always nice to have Return on the playing field. Stone Edge is mainly a filler move

.Aero July 6th, 2007 12:23 PM

Thanks for the ideas, I'm gonna go with Abomasnows second move set you listed, I don't like swagger at all because you have the switching out and the possibility of the opponent still hitting. I like the magmortar you came up with, I will use it. As for Mamoswine, I like all those moves but Return. My Huntail uses Return and it is very powerful. I'm thinking more along the lines of Stealth Rock. When Mamoswine is out with my Noctowl, my noctowl puts them to sleep while Mamoswine stealth rocks and then Whirlwind them.

I will update my original post with current movesets ect. ect.

Azonic July 6th, 2007 12:34 PM

I would reccomend a pokemon with high speed to whilwind/Roar

.Aero July 6th, 2007 12:39 PM

Noctowl has pretty good speed, plus I like it. I will just use him/her. I'm gonna start breeding now, cuz I think I have everything set except items.
