Pokerus question

The effects of pokerus only work for the time that a pokemon is infected with pokerus right? Because I think i heard someone on this forum say that the pokemon will still have the effects of pokerus on them even after if they cant spread it anymore.

Ok, here's the deal, pokerus will be purple and say PKRS above the pokemon picture in the summary. After a few days, it'll turn into a smiley to the right of the picture. From the day it's infected, the benefits will go forever!

The time that it takes to lose PKRS is 24 hours. If you put the infected Pokemon in a box, then the timer is "paused", per se.

Oh, cuz my Noctowl took a few days to lose it cuz I stuck it in the box. Well thanks for the notice.

I have this on my game, it was weird i just played it and looked at my Pokemon and i had it. I thought it was really cool. It helps your Pokemon gain levels faster.

And if that wasn't true, then a bunch of my pokemon wouldn't have Effort Ribbons. ;)

PokeRus doesn't help you lvl up faster, it helps your EV's. By double i think which makes this a whole lot easier. Yes if it becomes immune it will STILL keep the bonus but won't be able to infect other pokemon so it is wise to keep atleast one pokemon always in your box so you can infect the pokemon you want whenever you want.
