trading between different language versions?

Does anybody know if it's possible to trade pokemon between different (european) language versions? I have an english version of sapphire from Ireland, and I'm asking because I'm planning to go to the german Pokémon Tour thingy that has Mew giveaways. I don't know how they do it, but I suppose they connect with a german language version of the game..?

Well, it's possible to do so in D/P, so I'm assuming it's possible to do so w/ the Advance Games.

I don't think so, the games are very different if were talking about the language even if there at the same version,
Nintendo makes the Games different from every language...or at least I think so
I dunno, I haven't tried that...but It's worth a Shot =D
