I like Mozilla Firebird and an IE shell called MYIE2 the most. ^_^ MYIE2 has a lot better selection of good features, but Mozilla's engine is much better compared to IE's flawed one.

Kairi October 1st, 2003 3:30 PM

It has a lot of really nice plugins too, be sure to check those out. I assume they work for the Mac OS as well. I like Tab Bar Extensions personally. ^_^

Kairi October 1st, 2003 3:43 PM

I don't use the toolbar because it doesn't work with my right-click spell checker. ^_^; I have been hogging this though, but I imagine most people here don't even know there is life outside of IE. =/

Haruka October 1st, 2003 3:57 PM

I use Internet Explorer on both my Macintosh and Windows. It runs better on windows instead on macintosh. it's sooo darn slow on the macintosh.

In additon, I use Netcape 7.1.. that uses the Mozilla Rendering Engine.. :P.. but it's so darn slow than IE!

Timbjerr October 1st, 2003 4:09 PM

I've really only used Internet Explorer...

there was a period where I used NeoPlanet, but that was when my computer was acting evil and Internet explorer wouldn't work until I reloaded my computer...

Kyosuke October 1st, 2003 6:46 PM

The web brower I use is just IE, it works best for me then other ones that I tried, such as Netscape. But I might find something diffrent, but I doubt it.

Kairi October 1st, 2003 6:50 PM

Eww... I haven't used plain IE for months. Without tabs, I couldn't check all the hundreds of posts per [email protected][email protected];

Shinji Mekamori October 1st, 2003 7:03 PM

I use Mozilla Firebird and IE 6.0. I prefer IE over MF, I believe. As for the tabs. I usually have so many things ope, all I have to do is click on Internet Explorer in my tool bar and voila. I love XP. ^_^

Frostweaver October 1st, 2003 11:54 PM

heh... i used internet explorer since when i just got the computer 4 years ago i know nothing about computers. So since IE is the one i started with, IE is the one i stick with... until tomorrow when i flush everything out for this computer's hard drive and start everything new... (hopefully nothing goes wrong in the reformat or else i'm kinda screwed...)

After that maybe i'll try some other web browers that people suggested here... Mozilla thingie and etc.

Kenta October 2nd, 2003 12:56 AM

I like Internet Explorer for Windows

I'm not much of a Mac person

Keitaro October 2nd, 2003 1:47 AM

I gotta say Internet Explorer for me.

Miyu-chan October 2nd, 2003 2:38 AM

I've only used IE before... x_x; It works fine...Hey, wait. I used Real One's broswer, but I hated it. x_x; So...there ya go. n_n;;;

G-LANCE October 2nd, 2003 2:43 AM

i don't really have a choice...
until i get my own computer (this is my family computer, so i can't download wallpaper, parents...*sigh*)

Kayleigh October 2nd, 2003 4:09 AM

I've always used IE, but I don't have a Mac so it works fine for me!
And even though my mom likes to use this computer sometimes, I still have authority over the wallpaper. :P She actually likes the one I have now a lot.

Cherrim October 2nd, 2003 12:14 PM

I just created a new account... thingy under windows so that I can have my own wallpaper, favourites, screen resolution, etc. o.o;

Anyway, I use Internet Explorer and sometimes Netscape 7.1. x_X My dad would kill me if I downloaded another browser to try out.

mewthree w/armor October 2nd, 2003 1:01 PM

I use IE, nice and simple, but I use Mozilla when I need to save images.

Arcanine October 2nd, 2003 1:10 PM

I always use Microsoft Internet Explorer, but I can do that Alt+S to send like Jake was saying (does this mean I use Mozilla?).

MoonLight October 2nd, 2003 1:21 PM

Well all been usin was Internet Explorer i find it's all right

Well here on PC it says im using Mozilla/ 4.0.

Shinji Mekamori October 2nd, 2003 1:49 PM

Wait, wait, wait. Maybe I'm just brain dead BUT... Isn't it Microsoft Internet Explorer? I don't see why Mac users need it, it should be strictly for Windows.

BTW, Jake, I'm currently trying to find a CD to put my copy of Linux on. It's a special one where you can choose to load it from the CD when you reboot. It's slightly bigger then 700 MB's. Just my luck. >.>;

Also, Netscape is the worst browser ever, I think.

EDIT :: If anybody is using IE and the Alt + S trick doesn't work, get IE 6.0 SP 1. Worked fine for me. ^_^

John Denver October 3rd, 2003 1:51 PM

I use the Avant Brower...it is by FAR the best one because it is nice and simple, and fast, just like Google...

and did I mentoin...NO POP-UPS!!

*dances*

BOO ya!

Frostweaver October 26th, 2003 11:41 PM

Internet Explorer does come with windows... when i reformated my hard drive (with a lot of difficulties), internet explorer is one of the few programs on my computer at that moment...

i still use internet explorer... i tried mozilla and lags like crazy (yes my computer is poor... if anyone wants to donate a computer for the poor then i'm your perfect choice to donate to ^_^;; )

Kairi October 27th, 2003 6:09 AM

Of course I do. The web is entirely different once you have experienced tabs, and the gecko engine. Even PC seems to look better in Mozilla to me. When I think of people using IE, I do feel sad for them. They are open to security holes, and not getting half the features they should.

Haruka October 27th, 2003 2:53 PM

I use a comination of Mozilla Firebird 0.7 and Internet Explorer 6. :D

Well basicly, I only use Firebird to test my pages on my website which is 100% compatable.. :P..

On my macintosh, I have no choice but to use IE 5.1.5. :D .. since it doesn't use MacOS X (too old to run it anyways.)
