RSE-LG/FR EV training

I only have RSE, and LG/FR. I want to do some EV training. I never have before, what items do I need, where do I go to EV train. And what do I need to know?

Macho Brace,
HP EV Pokemon
Just click the links at the top of that link for the other EVs.
You need to know what spread you want, too.
I.E: 252 attack, 252 HP, 6 speed.
If you kill 252 Machop without Macho Brace, you'd have enough points.

And then?

SO after you get the points, what do you do? DO they just addup amd make that stat go up faster, or what?

When you hit lv. 100 you get a big boost in the EV trained stats. Like +37 or so if you gave 252. If you use rarecandies the whole time, the EVs just sit there. Oh, and Pokerus doubles the EVs too.

Only?

So, only once you hit 100, this comes in? Not until?

Are there other factors? Like when upping attack, can you only use Physical attacks to takeout the enemy? Or can you use like Psychic? And still gain the Attack EV?

No, you don't have to wait until level 100. I've never heard of this extra stat thing when you reach level 100, too.. =/

And, you can use any attack and you will still get the EVs, as long as the pokemon you're using doesnt faint.

I thought..

I thought it wouldnt count only at 100, because. I started fighting my Golem against Golbats. WIth the Macho brace, which lowers speed supposedly. And he is getting +4 to +5 speed A lvl. Which Is NOT normal for a Golem.
