Yeah but you need to talk to 32 real people (Or the same person 32 times)
2.how many odd key stones are in the games?
Infinity but rare.
3.to get spiritomb how many times do i talk to a person? and do i go in and out of my base to talk to a person?
32, you have to just talk to the person 32 times I think
4. can i use the underground and revive fossils before national dex?
Yes but for fossils only Cranidos/The denfending one which name I forgot.

You have to dig it in the walls.

Actually, there is this guy near the berry master's house(route 209 I think). He gives you an odd keystone that you put in the hallowed tower. There is also another odd keystone in twinleaf town in the pond. That makes a total of two odd keystones(not counting the ones you can find digging in the walls). After you put it in the tower, go underground and talk to 32 people underground(hikers don't count). It can be the same person if you leave the tunnels, go back in, and talk to them.

As for the fossils, yes, you can revive them at the coal museum at oreburgh. The fossils you get pre-national depend on the version of your game. Pearl=Sheildon, Diamond=Cranidos. Hope this helps.
