Importing pokemon?
Hey guys I just wanted to know weather its good to import my pokemon from Emerald? Like my Shinies?http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y168/MetalMario201/SHC2/shcDill.gif
And also whats the good thing about importing ur pokemon from previous games? |
You can have them in Diamond / Pearl? I don't know, really. It's just kind of fun to keep your Pokemon with you as the games improve. They also get a rather spiffy new Pokeball to sit around in.
|
Like what does this spiffy new pokeball look like?
And u still havent answered my question yet. WHAT IS SO GOOD ABOUT IT? |
It's only good for increasing your pokedex data, plus having your very hard trained pokemon with you on wifi battles.
|
The only way to obtain the starters and legendaries from previous generations without trading them from someone else who did is to import them from the GBA games. It's also a good way to save you the time of catching Pokemon that are harder to find in D/P than they are in the GBA games. *coughDITTO* And yeah, if you have battle Pokemon you used in the GBA games you can port them to D/P and continue to use them.

I wonder if I can import clones...
|
You can. Clones are normal pokemon too.
That's how people have so many shinies in Diamond Pearl. |
You can import any pokemon from Ruby, Sahpire, Leaf Green, and Fire Red, however if they know a hidden move (HM) it won't work.
