questions regarding Shroomish and Ralts

My friend recently traded me Shroomish and Ralts. I was thinking of adding these guys to my team (evolved forms of course) so I had a few questions.

1. What is a good nature/EV spread for shroomish's evolution (forgot the name)?

2. What is a good nature/EV spread for Ralts? Also, which direction should I go with Ralts' evolutions, because I think my friend told me it had some female/male ones that were different.

Thanks for any help!

Basically the Attack/Special Attack spread forboth of them. They could be sweepers if raised right. Though defense ev's can help Breloom.

Well I already have Dragonite for my Physical sweeper and Porygon-Z for my special sweeper... Is it OK to have more than 1 of each? Also, which direction should I go withs the evolutions of Ralts?

It depends on your team overall. Another pair of sweepers wouldn't hurt. But what nature is Ralts?

I was just gonna breed the Ralts until I got whatever nature is good for it.

Modest/timid for gardevoir and jolly/adamant for gallade in case you didn't know.

No, Gallade doesn't have much speed and has Thunder Wave. It should be Adamant. Gardevoir should probably be Calm, and give it Will-o-Wisp. Gallade needs max Attk, some speed, some HP. Gardevoir needs max HP, some Def, some SAttk, with Calm Mind.

I have a Breloom with this moveset

[email protected] Orb
W/poison Heal
Jolly Nature (+ Speed, - Special Attack)
EVS:252 Speed 252 Attack 6HP
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
- Stone Edge

Jolly outspeeds Metagross and alot of other things

Toxic Orb to inflict Poison on yourself so no other status conditions can be inflicted on Breloom, and with poison heal ability to restore HP once your poisoned. The reason for stone Edge is that otherwise Gengar/Dusknoir/any other Ghosts wall this moveset otherwise, but if you want, replace Stone Edge with Seed Bomb or Leech Seed.
