Thinking of using some pokemon...
 
But i am not sure how to EV train them or what move sets to use.

Oh, i know how to EV train them. I mean what stats to EV train.
They are:
Electivire,
Weavile (Well, EV attack and speed)
Spiritomb (I love this pokemon, so it would be great if you could help)
Dusknoir
Alakazam
Togekiss

Could it be set out like this please?

[This set for Spiritomb is best when you use him as the starter]

Hey thanks guys. Just asking about Weavile. I have one with Ice punch. Wouldn't that be better than ice shard?

Ice Punch is the most powerful option for Ice STAB, but if you want to take out DD Salamence and Dragonite and Choice Scarf Garchomp then I would go with Ice Shard. You get Choice Specs from a man in Celestic Town, but I can't remember who.
