Jirachi @ 200?

I was searching for alternative ways to get the "exclusive" legendary pokemon. IE Events and such. I found on IGE that in RUby you can get Jirachi if you obtain 200 pokemon... is this true? Has anyone done this? Lemme know if its truth or fiction. Thanks ^^

niknak94x July 27th, 2007 10:40 AM

it is true i have the jirachi to prove it non hack it is legit

Always and Never July 27th, 2007 10:49 AM

Completely false.

You get one of the Johto starters.

Cyndaquil, Totodile, or Chikorita.

only way to get jirachi on pkmn ruby/diamond, is to have:

1. gamecube
2. gameboy game play system
3. pokemon channel
4. play it, then get up to a certain channel and then swap jirachi to ruby/saphire, only way i know

bxela1 July 27th, 2007 11:29 AM

on sapphire i got 200 pokemon and got a certificate but when the spaceship got to 100 I rode it and caught jirachi.

I am now counting down the days before I get it on emerald.

That rumor/statement of yours is completely false. There is no ridable spaceship you can take to travel into space. I've tried it, we're not stupid so just give up, your sad tricks have turned against you and everyone that keeps trying to use them. If all you know how to do is lie to people, go somewhere else.

anemos July 27th, 2007 12:21 PM

there are 2 ways. the ppl who pre ordered pokemon colloseom got a gamecube disk containing jirachi data, so you can get jirachi(s) on your gba games, OR from pokemon channel, the tv themed pokegame

You only get the Johto starters upon completion of the Hoenn Dex, and in Emerald.

The Jirachi thing is sposedly for Ruby (and or Sapphire).

Pookachu July 27th, 2007 6:26 PM

No, you don't get Jirachi for completing the Hoenn Pokédex in Ruby / Sapphire. It is completely false.

anemos July 28th, 2007 4:36 AM

not, in emerald you get a johto starter. you get no prize in ruby/saphire. many of us here have beaten all these game, we do know.

---This is on Emerald.---

P.S. Do you mean fill up the PokeDex or have 200 Pokemon in the Boxes? (It could be Pokemon Box.)

Craig² July 28th, 2007 7:56 PM

I have over 200 Pokemon in my R/S/E games, and that conspiracy is completely false. You can only otain Jirachi through other games, AR, events, things like that. No prize.

I do, however, despise myself for denying IGN's information and am a little dissapointed that they did not delete this invalid cheat from their R/S/E Cheats Page. I say this because IGN has been an incredibly helpful source of information.

If you want a true, legit Jirachi they may have an event in your location which gives out Jirachis if you attend. Otherwise, search for other methods. If you have DP, there are legit Jirachis in the Trade Corner.

Stardust is just repeating what I said in his own words, with a little flavour. But I strongly agree. At one point I actually believed in that crap and the only place it got me was a lot of time wasted pondering on getting a Jirachi :|.

anemos July 29th, 2007 5:25 AM

um, stardust is a she, but okay, point taken

Craig² July 29th, 2007 10:47 AM

Lol.

How so? I'm repeating the general statment in my own words, which is that the supposed Jirachi Event is false but if you feel that way then I apologize.

To the person who posted this thread: If you want a Jirachi, I suggest getting an AR *gets pelted with rocks* Okay... Or get one in the trade thread.

Thanks, Anemos! ^__^
