Friend Code
How do I know what my friend code is, and if I don't have one, how do I get one?
|
Once you have beaten the first Gym Leader in Oreburgh, go down to the basement of the Pokémon Center. Teala, the attendant at the basement, will explain the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection system and give you a Pal Pad. After connecting to the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection for the first time, your Friend Code will be assigned to you, which you can see if you open the Pal Pad and choose the respective option.
Taken from the Diamond/Pearl Quick Guide, stickied at the top of this forum. ^^; |
if you don't have a Pal Pad, you want to head into the Basement of the Pokémon Center. the receptionist will talk to you and you will recieve your Pal Pad. once recieved, you log onto Nintendo WFC, and Nintendo will supply you with your FC. once done, go to your Key Items, and to your Pal Pad, and go to "Check My FC". the rest is pretty self explainitory. lol

Thank you. I've never been on WFC, I can't get a good connection for some reason.
|
if you have a McDonald's or coffee shop nearby, go there. almost all McDonald's are equipped with Wi-Fi now. there's a lot of coffe shops that are, too. :D
|
You can also get a wireless router, or get a Nintendo USB Wifi adapter, then you wouldnt have to go anywhere else, to log on.
|
First have Wi-Fi and beat the first gym in Orebrugh, whose leader is Roark. Go to the downstairs of any PokeCenter and the girl at the counter will give you a Pal Pad where you can get access to your code, register others, and screw around with your Roster.
|
you don't need to beat Roark, you just need to get to Oreburgh City

As it's been mentioned, please read the stickied FAQ thread before posting in the future.
We put it there for a reason and it would greatly help reduce the easy question threads. ~closed~ |
