Haha, I used to have sleepovers all the time when I was younger. I'd go to a friend's house for the afternoon and end up calling my parents hours later to ask them to bring my stuff because I was sleeping over. XD;

My friends and I got back into it this year because we're so cool. XD Except we haven't managed to stay up all night because we don't want to sacrifice our sleep.

Nope. Only as sleepover and slumber party. xDD

I've only been to a few of them, not so much now that I'm older but like when I was 11-13ish... more for the kids kinda stuff.

I hate that. @[email protected]; Somehow I always end up waking up before everyone else and I don't want to disturb their sleep so I just lie there waiting for someone else to get up. XD; It's so boring.

Now we kinda just "hang out" Overnight at each others houses. That's what we basically do xD

Bomberman August 11th, 2007 6:24 PM

I was at a sleepover the other day when we all (4 total) went into my friend's bedroom at 9pm and started playing Pokemon D/P. I went to bed at 3am, and when I woke up at 10am, I asked my friend how long everyone else stayed up. The answer was 8am (!).

Cherrim August 11th, 2007 6:26 PM

Haha, at my 10th birthday party or something, I think I stayed up until 8 AM playing Pokémon Stadium. XD; I'd literally be falling asleep until someone hit me so I could make my next move in battle, lol.

It's kinda the same meaning... well if somebody spelt it wrong it would mean the same even though it's spelt in the other way. Wait, what do I mean? XD

O.o What are you on about? xD You're confusing me now...

Hakeen August 11th, 2007 10:19 PM

Yeah, I don't understand what I said either, I think I meant that if a person spelt them wrong for example, and it was spelt the, it would still mean the same thing. So one letter isn't really that much of a difference.

Aaaah... I think I get what you mean. At least some idea.

But then, saying that, lets make it say... you spelt drive and then misspelt it and missed out the "r". That completely changes the meaning making a difference.

"Go for a drive"
"Go for a dive"

Two completely different implications.

Hakeen August 11th, 2007 10:25 PM

Well, if it was in Winter, I can't help thinking one wouldn't go for a dive then.

Ayano Katagiri August 11th, 2007 10:28 PM

How about in the snow/freezing ice conditions? Diving under the ice sheet. xD

Or, a heated indoor swimming pool.

Manaphy1128 August 11th, 2007 10:48 PM

I've actually gone swimming in those conditions, and those who won't do it since it's too cold are now and forever more called wimps-

Brr... but isn't that like freezing to swim in?? I've never gone swimming in really cold conditions, never really had a chance to.

Well, Winter is kinda nice but, If The Water Temperature is like 20 Celsuis or so,
It wouldn't like hurt to just swim around all day...xD

Craig² August 12th, 2007 12:28 AM

Swiming in Winter is fun; I actually really enjoy it. After you swim for awhile you just get used to the cold.

I like swiming in the summer better though.

Unless you happened to be swimming in extremely cold temperatures and conditions... xDD That could hurt.

Or those who do it for like world records and the such.

How could is -8?? Never been down to that cold before I don't think. I remember 2 degrees C and that was chilly...

Someone. Don't ask me who, I don't know anyone personally that would. xD

-6 or -7 sounds too cold for my comfort. In fact, anything under 5 is kinda not so good. xD Unless you're skiiing or doing some sort of winter sport.

Winter Sport? The Only Winter Sport I have ever done is sit in a chair and mock how cold it is..
but I never really tried to Ski, but I manage to balance myself on the first try, and even manage to walk...xD

That is called a sport by you? xD
I've never gone skiing or even seen snow yet! So at least you've had a go at something.
