charizard moveset and ev training questions

here is what i am thinking of doing... is it any good? also what should i EV train it as?

If this sucks, please give let me know what the best charizard moveset/ev training/nature is.

Charizard
nature-relaxed
item-heat rock
attacks
flamethrower
sunny day
solarbeam
earthquake

Charizard @ Leftovers
Trait: Blaze
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
EVs: 196 HP / 200 Atk / 112 Spd
-Swords Dance
-Fire Blast / Rock Slide / Fire Punch
-Aerial Ace / Wing Attack
-Earthquake / Rock Slide / Fire Punch

Not only is this in the wrong place but...
Relaxed is one of the worst natures to give a Charizard. Give it something like Modest/Timid but you'll have to take out the EQ.
And for the last move I would suggest putting something like Substitute/Ancient Power(For something with very low HP I guess)/Dragon Pulse.

1. Let the mods decide if it is in the wrong spot or not.

2. Charizard is best at SDing. Jolly/Adamant is cooler.

3. Sub or AP? NO!

4. ModestZard would be like this.

Charizard @ Leftovers
Trait: Blaze
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
EVs: 196 HP / 80 Def / 140 SAtk / 92 Spd
-Flamethrower
-Air Slash
-Roost
-Focus Blast / Dragon Pulse

yeah, not sure how this is the wrong place for this...

anyways, what would an adamant charizard look like?

Lord Mike July 30th, 2007 6:44 AM

See my first post? It would be the same moveset, but you would move some of the Attack EVs into Speed and maybe even Defense.

hmmm... i am kind of liking the modestzard... roost looks like it could be fun to mess around with. Is the modestzard pretty good?

Azonic July 30th, 2007 7:15 AM

There is no other option than Modest zard unless you use Timid zard.

This is so fun!

zard... zard...zard...zard...

What are you on? Yes, you can use Adamant or JollyZard, which is actually better. You know why? Because it can learn Swords Dance.

Doesn't have access to as much physical moves.
