Best type of attack to take down Dialga

Well since Dialga is Steel and Water I wonder if almost all of its weaknesses are gone. What do you guys think is the best way to take down an enemy Dialga?

wakachamo August 10th, 2007 7:14 AM

Moved to Strategies & Movesets.

Roihu August 10th, 2007 7:14 AM

Steel/Dragon -_-.
I guess there's Ground....what else....Fighting and that's it.

Shiraishi August 10th, 2007 7:17 AM

Get a paraflinching togekiss. FIrst, use thunder wave and then unleash a barrage of aura spheres. Thats what I do.

Extric August 10th, 2007 7:22 AM

He's Steel/Dragon so I would use moves that are Ground or Fighting types to take the Dialga down.

DeathOfBlades August 10th, 2007 8:04 AM

Nah fightings the best one. Use your effective thingy in your poke radar.

ConfusedOne August 10th, 2007 9:22 AM

I'd say use something capable of using both Ground & Fightings moves. Example... a Lucario with Earthquake and Aura Sphere would do pretty well.

Azonic August 10th, 2007 9:36 AM

Rhyperior does well with EQ, not many Dialgas carry a Flash Cannon.

I'd go Scarf-cross on it

Heracross/Choice Scarf/Close Combat

But if hera doesn't OHKO, ur screwed. Thats why togekiss is better. He could probably take an attack if the dialga actually moves.

Azonic August 10th, 2007 5:29 PM

whoooooo, with that 150 base power plus STAB, thats hard to say.

Shiraishi August 10th, 2007 5:31 PM

Well, I forgot what dialga's def was and isnt it 120 ._.
