    Let's break this down shall we?

    (F) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 64 SAtk / 192 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Stone Edge
    - Crunch
    - Fire Blast

    Obv set up with Sand Stream. Then throw out a Stealth Rock for some damage. If he's taking hits like a champ, Sweep away (Yes, I've actually swept with him a few times).

    (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Suction Cups
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Toxic
    - Seed Bomb
    - Recover

    Everyone has a Troll don't they? This is mine. Hp and Def EV's plus the 50% SpDef boost from Sandstorm to help blukiness. Toxic to watch their health whittle away. And if you need to, Recover until it does so. Seed Bomb for STAB against Water counter.

    (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Nasty Plot
    - Aura Sphere
    - Flash Cannon
    - Dragon Pulse

    Special Sweeper. Bring in on a weak foe, and one of two things. 1) Predict the switch in and use Nasty Plot for SpAtk boost +2, or 2) Start sweeping. High SpAtk with Life Orb does major damage. Aura Sphere for STAB and perfect hits, Flash Cannon for STAB and Dragon Pulse for Dragon counters.

    Trait: Sand Veil
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Substitute
    - Acrobatics
    - Earthquake
    - Swords Dance

    Thinking about switching him out. Wasn't sure on a moveset, so I threw Substitute in there. Kind of a good revenge killer with Acrobatics.

    @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Hydro Pump
    - Thunderbolt
    - Recover

    Hit fast, hit hard, Spin and hazards away. Thunderbolt so he isn't walled by any other Water-Types. Just a spinner with added bonuses.

    (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Sand Force
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - U-turn
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Physical Sweeper. Choice Scarf raises Speed and outspeeds quite a bit I've seen. That's all.
