I see what you mean, it's sort of the "if you repeat a ridiculous lie long enough people will believe it" concept. I'm trying to point out that you shouldn't sabotage gameplay for the sake of notifying the player of menial details within the story. Not to say that you
do that, but you should be careful as to not let something like that happen.
If you can keep that balance while still incorporating a quality story, then good! :)
