    You can always find yourself something to do that takes up time & makes you committed to it, like getting a job, applying for a course, or going training (playing any sport or just going to the gym)...
    You'll be occupying your time & in the same time benefiting from it! Whatever you do don't "sleep it off", it'll make you lazier & make you tire easily.
