I watched an anime recently, its called danshi koukousei no nichijou, but most people called it nichibros.

How what works? The Staryu itself (which is in my actual game) or the site that I screencapped from (which is pokecheck; when i posted that earlier i didn't completely know how to use pokecheck to show my pokemon so i screencapped it).

The guy in Nimbasa City for one. When I went to him he said Staryu had outstanding IVs, and Staryu's best were in the HP, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed which couldn't be better. Then I used Pokecheck to see what the other two IVs were. If you go to Pokecheck it'll tell you how to use it to check your Pokemon's IVs and so forth.

I'm actually not sure if I can link Pokecheck here but you can probably find the site I'm talking about quickly.
