Levina ~ Cape City Church
Levina jerked her head away from Snype's hand. "I think I could live without you. For one I wouldn't be treated like an animal like you are doing to me right now." She rolled her eyes and watched the newcomer butt on in. "Look, if you guys are going to be disgusting, the least you can do is find a hotel room. But first, since I really want to bash your skulls in, I need to ask, Gold or Silver?" The Ambipom hissed. Levina couldn't help but burst out laughing at the remark. "A hotel room. Now there is an idea Snypie-Poo. Hehe." She remarked, teasing Snype again. "We are Silver. Like my friend here said, you're obviously not of the Gold Tribe. Unless they have become as desperate as to perform a kamikaze stunt like you just did."

Fred sighed, disappointed at their answer, mostly because this meant that he could beat them up. They looked incredibly strong and he was hoping that he could get a decent fight out of them. The two seemed way to familiar with each other for his liking, but he let go of his livid feelings towards them, and settled for disgust. "Yeah, I'm Silver also. Call me Double-Impact, or D-I for short. You guys know where I can get my fists in on some action?" The last fight hadn't satisfied him one bit, but then, he wasn't going to be truly satisfied until he himself was smashed, bleeding into the ground, so it wasn't like it was an easy task to please him.

Penance's 'Home'

Penance nodded at the Salamance, "Good. I am Penance, most of the others particularly the Gold Tribe will call my Madman, that's not a title I like to use." He explained. A Sandslash in the group nodded, "That is a name the world gave to him, to give him an identity. It was a blessing and a curse in a way." The ground type finished and then just looked back at the drawing they were going over. There were many schematics of various parts of the tunnels and each had different kinds of colored lines here and there, small legends for what the colors meant, as well as numbers put into the corners of the sheets. Some sheets were kept in prime condition while others were ripped up or scratched all over no doubt to indicate a bad plan. There was the Grumpig from earlier that was currently writing out various numbers on the floor and the rest of the pokemon were an assortment of types.

"Now, to continue where we left off, we were discussing the third tunnel. Now then, due to the placing underneath the headquarters we could potentially sneak in under them and while they are all out and about to defend Cape City. Remember, with this plan DO NOT collapse the building. If it collapses it could cause a sink hole, we need to avoid as many deaths as possible."

An Alakazam spoke up, "Though what are the chances they keep documents in there though? It would be with Auron correct?"

Penance smirked at that, "But he trusts his Sentinels, and with so many around there he would doubt the papers and whatever else he gives Scar would be taken so easily. Scar would make sure not to disappoint him." He regarded Accatosh, "So then, what ideas do you have Salamance? Anything with tunnels? Blowing stuff up? Anything else?"

Penance did however pause there as he spotted Zane and the others leaving the storage area in a huff. He smiled a bit and got off of the ground, stretching just a bit. He could see the glares they gave him and as they walked by he spoke up just a bit, "Yes, leave and end up falling into a few pitfalls, perhaps cause a few poison darts to knock you out again?" He spoke with a taunt in his voice. "So either you go and get the necessary gear or you can wander out and probably not find your way back. It's so easy to get lost in the tunnels." He stated.

Leon was already walking out and smirked at the departing group, "Ah, I guess that Gallade won't see his sister then huh? And she had been waiting so long to see him again. Oh well." The Weavile stated with a shrug.

"And there also goes the fact that with the Ancients tromping around they'll be captured instead." A voice spoke out and from another part of the cave a Marowak walked toward the Gold Tribe. "Been a long time Zane." He stated. "How are you?"

Penance smirked, "Anyways, you all need Leon, trust me on that, unless you have plans of your own, though if anything happens to them it's on your head Zane. Oh, I'm sure you all remember Malphus? Titled 'Bonebreaker' in his Gold Tribe days and is now reformed?" He asked them calmly.

Rescue Group Adventure!!

The Abra glanced at the group and sighed, letting out a whistle, "Yo, ten minutes we have! Duh! Stupid Goldies, you'll friend will die in ten minutes or perhaps an hour? No clue from on top." He said with a shrug as he skipped along ahead of them. He led them to a wall and opened it up to reveal the tunnels once more and went off to the left.

Revolution

They didn't seem them yet. They never did, and that always cost them in the end. Though one of the them just wasn't like the others... it would be a change of pace nonetheless and a chance to exercise and practice once more. The three pairs of eyes that gazed down at the church where the Sableye, Jolteon, and Ambipom were and slowly hid back into the shadows of the abandoned building. The tunnel had been collapsed already so they were stuck. They all knew that there was a chance they could die, but at the same time it was a chance to bring forth a difference. They were going to have to be careful with this, but with the right rooftop....

The Sableye gestured to the others and climbed up the decrepit stairs, finally getting on the rooftop. The windows were smashed in and with the new elevation they had a good eye on the group of Sentinels. Well, the Ambipom could potentially not be a Sentinel, but at the same time he was with them so he was good as dead. The Sableye readied a Shadow Ball, the Toxicroak cast a glance back at his companions and for a brief moment the three seemed to share a kind of smile. He went on back down after patting the Sableye on the back and exited the bottom floor from behind the building. He was more than talented to sneak in between the shadows, passing through the crowds of refugees easily. He made his way to wall near the church and pressed his back against it while his right hand began to glow a light purple color. Finally the Ariados with the Sableye up top began to prepare her spinnerets.

There was silence in the area, then the Sableye threw forth his Shadow Ball right at the trio, having it hit the ground before them and shooting up some dirt to hopefully blind them. The Toxicroak jumped through a window and charged right at the Ambipom with his Poison Jab ready and thrust his claw right at the Sentinel. Meanwhile the Ariados, shot out multiple Spider Webs around the area, mainly outside the church. The minute they tried to escape the Sentinels would find themselves in a VERY stick situation!

Snype shrugged at Di. He had no interest in beating up his own kind but the more the marrier. Snype still couldn't brush off the feeling that something was off within the Church. Suddenly a Shadow ball was thrown right down at them! Snype recognized the move. He used to practice it before using other means of attacking... but now he knew they weren't alone. He looked up to the source of the attack and noticed another Sableye hiding up at the windows! The eyes gave it away for sure but they were surrounded by alot of dust. No problem for Snype due to his Keen Eye, but the others probably wouldn't do too well in this situation. Especially Levina with her sneezing fit.

Di had his hands full already so Snype made sure that Levina was still kicking. "I knew we weren't alone... there's a Sableye hiding up on the roof! There might be more hiding around..."He said, trying to add up everything from the situation. He planned to go after that Sableye first of all. He would love to duke it out with another of his kind

Accatosh "Blitzkrieg" Corronis

The Golduck and Sandslash explained the Golduck's name and then turned back to the plan, for the most part Accatosh remained silent, thinking, pondering.

Accatosh thought for a moment,"so that's what your planning, an under-nose siege... impressive, for you to successfully pull this off however, and get what we want, we will need to play a tune more unpredictable..." a sly smile appeared on his face, "A siege on the outside, on one of the walls perhaps. just enough individuals to make it look like that is our main force... this would pull a great number of the guards and the sentinels, to the siege wall." he said pointing his claw to the Northern wall, "I think here would be a perfect spot for a siege, then with that distraction your men will be able to get inside the walls with relative ease and flank them, we would choke their forces out, get the information we need, and for the most part catch them off guard, they would have to surrender, or risk splitting their forces in half and being divided, separating them from each other, would make them weaker. that is my suggestion Penance." Accatosh's face had taken a more serious look now. Accatosh hoped that this strategy would be seen as a way to minimize casualties for their side. he was however, weary on how long an alliance like this would last, the one known as the 'Madman' was notorious for many things, he hopped that this 'madman' was interested in being a more permanent ally for the Gold Tribe. He kept these thoughts to himself however and continued listening.

Astrid
Underground

"...but you're going to get yourself killed if you keep pushing things the way you are now." Allora had said after taking a staunch post in front of the group. Astrid felt the Nine-Tails was right, something was wrong with Paladin and it wasn't healthy for him to be on this quest while ill. Astrid felt a little paralysed and intimidated by the courage of Allora. Astrid herself wasn't one to protest, at least not protest in the view of others, she usually did it in her head or in a mumble. The outspokenness of the Nine-Tails was admirable.

Astrid nearly forgot her position in the group, she was a healer after all; it would only be natural if she volunteered to help, so she did. "Allora, if Paladin persists we continue to travel, like he is, I'll watch after him. I designate myself as his personal escort and watcher of his health. I have a variety of herbs, potions, drinks and medicines here in my satchel," the Lilligant pats the satchel at her side. "I'll keep him as healthy as my power will allow me," Astrid smiled softly, hoping her words had some reinforcement to them. "Although, I have a hunch that this isn't anything that can be cured by traditional means. If it's something with his mind, like it seems to be, then we should seek out the aid of a powerful psychic, or someone that has more knowledge that us in the mind. This is just an educated guess, I assure you," her voice was quiet only speaking to Allora and Paladin, "but it might help. I am no expert I was just educated in the ways of traditional herbal and produced medicines." Astrid took her place back beside Paladin, patting the arm of the Golurk and smiling at Allora once more. "You have my word," she motioned to her chest, where her heart would be.

She hoped her gallantry would cause things to move on, she had been in the spotlight for far too long and she felt the gaze of the other Pokemon in the back of her being. "Can we move along, please? I'm getting claustrophobic," Astrid pleaded a little.

Levina ~ Cape City Church

Levina smirked at the newcomer. "D-I huh? Interesting name. As for some action. Just start pounding on the first civilian you see. We have been picking them off for a while. They are all supposed to be dead by this evening." Levina stated coldly.

Just then a Shadow Ball hit the ground in front of them. Levina reacted by jumping back a bit but was quickly engulfed by the flying dust. "What the hell?" She coughed, squeezing her eyes shut tight to keep the dirt out. They were being ambushed and she knew it. Snype confirmed it when he approached her. "I knew we weren't alone... there's a Sableye hiding up on the roof! There might be more hiding around..."He said. Levina immediately used Double-Team to make a bunch of clones of herself. She was immobilized until the dust started to settle some. Levina and her clones started sneezing in unison as she tried to talk to Snype. "I can't do much until the dust settles. I could electrocute the first thing that moved but I could end up hitting our new comrade, or you, and we need everyone one our side alive in case there are others around. Are you going to go after the Sableye?"

Fred saw the flying shadow ball flying at them, but he wasn't worried about that. After all, Shadow Ball was a Ghost type attack, and Fred was a normal type, meaning that he was immune to the effects of the powerful attack. But that didn't say he was immune to the effects of the poison jab coming strait for him by the Toxicroak. Using Protect, the Poison Jab was stopped by the temporary force field erupting from around his body, which he followed with his signature move, a Double-Hit. The two fists came sweeping from both directions, each fist being as big as that the frog's own Torso, and pinning it between them. Ambipoms were some of the strongest normal-type Pokemon ever.

After the first hit, the second volley came from a pair of punches coming forward instead, nocking the Toxicroak away from him with his collected force. Yeah, people alway hear the Double Hit and expect it to be just two punches, but no no no. The Double hit was a double volley of of punches, each made by his pair of giant fists. The first strike stunned the enemy by attacking their blind spot by using the wide rnage of his long tails, the second was more straight forward, working as a powerful punch to strike them when they are left in shock of the first hit.

Paladin
Underground

Never lose sight of yourself, Saul. Never succumb to the darkness. Live life. Never die.

Those words rung in Paladin's ears as he gazed upon Allora and his sister. For that moment, that slight moment, it seemed as if Paladin's dark side was gone. He could not feel it anymore, as if the darkness had detached itself from his body. He felt good, filled with emotion. Only now did he realize that before this, he had been entirely insensitive towards his companions, his brothers and sisters. Sure, there was a lot going through his mind, but it was up to Paladin to not lose himself in the sea of memories and thought. His mentor had taught him that.

Paladin felt the soft pat of the Lilligant's petal against the rough texture of his skin, as she assured him that she would be there for him. The trust between Gold Tribesmen was unbreakable, that much he could see. Allora and the Lilligant had only known him for the duration of this day, and yet, they were willing to do everything in their power to help him. He felt that he had forgotten about this sacred trust, too concerned with a selfish lust for truth to care.

"Allora, thank you, but..." Paladin began. He realized that he still hadn't explained his full story to the Ninetales, though he wasn't sure that he knew his own full story. "I've been this way as long as I can remember." Paladin's gaze turned gentle, as he turned to his Lilligant sister. "I'll allow you to do what you can, but I doubt you'll be able to get rid of..." he motioned to his dark side, "this." He sighed. "I don't think we should stop now. Veletra is in grave danger, and I owe her for saving me. She comes first."

Paladin approached the angry Ninetales before him. "I won't let her die for me." he said firmly, though he wasn't sure if he was talking to Allora or to himself. With that, he strode past her, expecting the rest of the group to follow. The Abra took a turn to the left when he opened another secret tunnel, and the Golurk followed. The next tunnel they were in was annoyingly claustrophobic for the giant, since it was so small that he had to crouch down to fit in. "You better know where you're going, Abra," Paladin grunted.

Hanso SharpEye
~~~~~
Hanso had grabbed a few other things by the time Zane left the building in disgust. After a moment of debate, the Gallade grabbed a bundle of rope for his pack before following. As Zane began talking, Hanso cocked his head a bit. Dreams, huh? As the Keeper pointed out, such a thing could happen. Hanso was sure even he and Brynn didn't know all there was about the mind and these Psychic forces. Still, even if Leon was too cocky for his liking, he didn't see why-- Oh. Okay, yes, all these Pokemon might be killers.
"I know what he's done, what they've all done, and I despise them for it, but I also realize that we can't free the city without their help. Whatever they did in the past, I'm willing to bury that for the moment to save Valkaria. So we'll likely end up getting back here once we secure the crystal. But I'd rather keep as little contact with them in general as possible. We don't need them to babysit us to get that crystal. I feel like this is something we should do on our own." So that was Zane's answer.
Hanso opened his mouth to say something, but Penance spoke up. "Yes, leave and end up falling into a few pitfalls, perhaps cause a few poison darts to knock you out again?" He spoke with a taunt in his voice. "So either you go and get the necessary gear or you can wander out and probably not find your way back. It's so easy to get lost in the tunnels." He stated.
Leon was already walking out and smirked at the departing group, "Ah, I guess that Gallade won't see his sister then huh? And she had been waiting so long to see him again. Oh well." The Weavile stated with a shrug.
Hanso zeroed in on Leon, locking out everything Penance and the Marowak said after that. He 'ported in front of the Weavile and grabbed his shoulders in a tight grip. "Where is she?" The Gallade's voice was low at first, but it gradually grew louder as he spoke. "Where is my sister? Why is she here?"
Accatosh "Blitzkrieg" Corronis
Within seconds of the approaching Weavle's remark, Truestriker had pinned the pokemon to a wall and was clearly enraged... Accatosh headed over to the two, and brought his leg down to separate the two, "calm yourself Truestriker... right now it would be best if we worked together to get what we want to accomplish..." he then turned to the weavle who had kindled his brother's rage, "right now is not the time to be causing fights among ourselves, 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' haven't you ever heard of that? as long as we have a common foe, we will work together..." he turned his attention to everyone who could hear. "we must work together to be rid of the Silver Tribe and the Ancients... so grow up and deal with it. you don't always get to work with the people you want...get over it... after all is said and done then we can go back to our normal lives... but for now get used to the idea of working together!" his nostrils started smoking, and he was rather upset that the Gold Tribe was so eager to fight those who were willing to work with them... he was taught this by his mentor... a Golurk named Paladin.
Allora ~ Tunnels
Allora listened to the two speak. It brought her comfort that the Liligant would help watch over Paladin and that he agreed to the treatment. She stood still as she reluctantly let Paladin past her. Allora could understand the undying need to rescue someone who saved one's life. "Thank you umm….I am so sorry. I don't know your name." Allora smiled at the Liligant and motioned for her to follow as they spoke. Allora let out a small sigh and followed Paladin, sticking close to him. Once they were in the smaller tunnel Allora whispered softly to him. "You better get used to having a shadow because I'm not leaving your side." She giggled and gave him a grin. Allora wanted nothing more than to speak with her brother about his condition, in hope that she knew of someone who could help him, but she knew he was right. Now wasn't the time to talk. A life was on the line and they were going to rescue Veletra.
Rescue Group Adventure!
The Abra glanced back at the three and rolled his eyes. "Be quiet planty! We'll be barbequed otherwise. And I do too know where I am going!" He stated to Paladin, making sure to puff out his chest as he laid down his statement. The small tunnel wasn't that long and it expanded out and ended at a crossroads. Three other tunnels led out into the darkness and the Abra stood there, pondering. "Hm... I think... it's this way!" He said as he quickly rushed off to the left tunnel, though he returned quickly. "Nah, not that way. It's this way!" He giggled as he headed off in the opposite direction.
La Revolution!
The Toxicroak's fist slammed against the Protect and forced him back a bit and the Double Hit took him by surprise. The air rushed out of his lungs from the stunning force and he was flung back in the air. Before he hit the ground he flipped his body to land on his feet. He quickly turned to face the Ambipom and looked right into his eyes, his own eyes beginning to glow a bright red. The Swagger move would at least cause some confusion among their ranks and for the moment the Toxicroak prepared to defend himself. Yeah it was a risk powering up the Ambipom, but for this battle it didn't matter. If anything it would be better to power him up and see what he would do in his confused state.
The Sableye on top of the rooftop once more shot down another Shadow Ball at the group to kick up some more dust. He already noted the Jolteon's weakness and that was good on their end. The Ariados aimed for the Sableye and shot out a String Shot to slow him down for the moment.
The other Sableye wasn't letting up... he must have noticed how the dust was affecting Levina. Well no choice but to go after the sneaky little bastard. Snype used Detect to see what else was lurking around and quickly noticed a string shot about to hit him. He carefully avoided the attack and caught sight of the Ariados. Snype would need to be careful for any potential spider webs laying around.
"Levina, get out of the dust. I'm going after that Sableye. Get that Ariados!" Snype said. He quickly started to climb to the roof top, taking advantage of the various structures in the church. As long as he kept bugging Levina, they would do a bit better against the group.
"I'd call you out for playing dirty if that wasn't kind of our thing! Kehehe..." Snype said to the other Sableye as he climbed up toward the roof.
Levina ~ Outside Church
Levina continued to sneeze as the Sableye kicked up even more dust. "Levina, get out of the dust. I'm going after that Sableye. Get that Ariados!" Snype said. She took his advice and took the risk of darted between D-I and the Toxicroak towards the front door. As soon as she was outside she felt something sticky encase her body as she squirmed to get free. "Damn it!" Levina growled as she realized she was caught in the Ariados's web. Levina's nose quickly cleared, thanks to the fresh air, and she was able to act normally again. She quickly looked around to see if the Ariados was in range but saw nothing at the moment. It still must have been with the Sableye. Levina charged her body with electricity as she prepared to fry the sticky threads that bound her. Once she built up a high enough charge, she released it and burnt the threads to a crisp as they fell to the ground beside her. "Where are you at you stupid bug!!??" Levina called out to the Ariados.
Astrid
Tunnels
Astrid watched as Paladin went forward past the reluctant Allora. The Ninetales followed closely behind the Golurk and motioned for Astrid to follow. Both the women were on the Golurk's heels insuring his guidance and safety. Then, Allora asked for Astrid's name. The Lilligant never realized that she hadn't said her name the entire day they've been together. "My apologies, I've been rude," Astrid scolded herself a little before continuing, "my name is Astrid, Astrid Helixpetal. Nice to meet you," the Lilligant giggled a little at her mediocre joke.
Astrid watched as Allora whispered something to Paladin before succumbing to a giggle. "Allora, how'd you join Gold Tribe? I've always wondered how others got into the tribe, though I've never received a full answer," Astrid asked the Ninetales as the walked the tunnels, again.
Allora ~ Tunnels
Allora looked back and smiled at the Liligant as she introduced herself. "It is very nice to meet you Astrid. To formally introduce myself, my name is Allora; Allora Ciciro." Allora returned her gaze to the front as she spoke so not to run into Paladin. "Honestly, I am sort of embarrassed to talk about it since the reason I found out about the Heroes Alliance School was because I was running from my own shame." Allora let out a small sigh as the memories flooded her mind. She couldn't hold back the smile that now graced her lips.
"You see, I am from a well-known family of performers. My mother, father, my sister Alana, and I traveled from village to village performing different dance routines set to music. We loved to perform for others and many times we stopped by the military camps and towns to perform for the soldiers. My mother and sister were the main performers while I helped my father with the scenery and backgrounds. Well eventually I was talked into performing by the audience because of my unique coloration. So I joined my sister and mother on stage for a few performances. One day, a scout saw the show and asked if I would perform for Adam Reed's birthday. The performance day arrived and as I was getting ready to dance the last dance, my sister tripped me and I fell off the stage. Everyone laughed at me, so I ran off to one of the main streets in Gold City. There I came across two H.A.S members, or Heroes Alliance School members, who were helping out an elderly Hitmonchan. I approached them and they told me where to go to learn about the H.A.S. I checked into it and then eventually talked my parents into letting me, and surprisingly my sister, join. I've always wanted to be able to help Pokemon. You see many things while traveling and many of the places we stopped at were affected by a natural disaster or some other event. It was sad to see those Pokemon left with nothing. I wanted to be able to help but I couldn't. Now I had the power to do just that. After I graduated H.A.S I joined the Gold Tribe. Shortly after that……" Allora trailed off as her smile vanished. Her voice became quiet and gloomy.
"Shortly after I was deployed to Cape City and my sister was sent to help aid one of the northern villages. I wasn't there for long when news about the Silver Tribe attacking reached us. We were preparing for an attack when I found out that Alana's troupe was annihilated and that she was among the casualties. I didn't have time to mourn for the Silver Tribe proceeded to attack Cape City. Many from my group were slaughtered……I would've been among the casualties if it wasn't for my slim frame. I lucked out and managed to blind them long enough for me to slip down one of the sewer openings…….I've been looking for others from the Gold Tribe since." Allora stared straight ahead as she started to space off. Her normally bubbly mood was replaced by a quiet and hard expression. It was as if she was fighting a mental battle with herself. Truth is that was exactly what she was doing. Allora never had the chance to mourn her sister's death and the thought of it always brought tears to her eyes. Tears that she didn't want the others to see. "Now that I have found the Gold Tribe………………..I intend to find my parents." Those were the last words she spoke before falling silent.
Paladin
Underground
Paladin couldn't help overhearing. Allora and Astrid, it seemed, were having a conversation behind Paladin. Paladin listened in on Allora's story, realizing that she, too, had dealt with her fair share of tragedy. His attention was momentarily turned to the confused Abra before him, who began going one way, then decided to go another. "Make up your mind," Paladin said absentmindedly, before returning to eavesdropping. "Now that I have found the Gold Tribe………………..I intend to find my parents." Allora said, and after that, there was a deep silence. The only significant sound was that of Paladin's footsteps, being the heaviest member of the party. He looked back, not wanting to fill the silence with his words, and simply glanced at Allora and Astrid, then at Gallant and Speculum at the back of the group.
The Abra turned once again, and Paladin shifted his attention in front of him to coordinate his movements. The Abra made a sharp turn into a tunnel on the right, then another quick turn to a tunnel on the left. Paladin really hoped this little psychic knew where he was going. Deciding that the silence had been quite long enough, he slowed his pace so that he walked next to Astrid and Allora. "I'm sorry, Allora," he said, "whatever happens after this, I'll help you find your parents." He then turned to Astrid Helixpetal. "I believe we have not been formerly introduced. My name is..." he began, but stopped for a second or two right there. "...Saul Sypher. Please, call me Paladin." He realized that for a moment, he'd had trouble saying his own name. Why was that?
Suddenly, a small, sharp pain struck the back of his head, like a needle being stuck into his mind. The pain was not great enough for him to make a fuss over, but he couldn't help but grunt a little from the surprise of it. He kept walking as he tried to blot out the pain, focusing on the memory that came with it.
You are not a part of this family! You are an oaf! Clumsy, stupid, oaf!
But...mother...
Forget it! Your name is no longer Saul Sypher! You are not my child!
She said it without remorse, and Paladin knew that she was serious this time. A childhood memory of when he had been disowned as a Golett came back to him, hitting his emotions hard. This was why he hardly used his name. Because he hated it. The very mention of it would bring back these old, forgotten memories. The pain stopped, and so did the recollection. Paladin noticed the drums beating slower and slower. "Dum...dum...dum...dum..." They usually did this when he was upset. Most of his anger and tension drained away as he let himself be overcome by sadness. His logical mind told him that it was better to be sad than angry, because angry was dangerous.
The sudden confusion didn't bother Fred like most people because of one specific thing: Instinct. Fred's mind may have been disoriented, but his body could smell the nasty poison on the Frog. His body homed in on the smell, giant fists wailing about like mad. Most Pokemon around her were used to organized attacks, routine operations. All planned out or strategized. But Fred? He's been fighting against punks sense as long as he could remember. And he's been in the woods, tracking down and taking out any enemy he was after.
Fred's arms went wild, striking at the Frog even with Fred's vision disoriented. No special move as of now, but his strength was high enough that it didn't matter.
Genevieve L'esprit
A voice that could not be denied, forcing its will upon its target like Arceus speaking to his many creations that roamed the land. Resistance was futile, in the recesses of Genevieve's mind, a furious and swift war was fought and won by the voice. Booming and resonant in tone, it echoed through her mind and issued forth its orders that, while similar to the one that Genevieve had so wished, felt forced and oppressive on her will. How briefly she fought it, it took her a long time to feel drawn to voice, overcome like a Venomoth to flame. "Y-your will be done..." She answered the voice, her cadence flat and lifeless.
Eyes refocusing on the world around her yet again, she fully emerged from her trance-like, painful state. Body wheezing with painful psychic afterglow, she tried her best to act normal in front of the others, even if Scar and Deluge had just emerged from the same experience as herself. The Silver Tribe seemed to disperse as quickly as the hodgepodge group had come together. Snype and the Jolteon left a cloud of dust in their wake and went about doing who knows what. The two deserved each other and probably would torture others more by their speech than actions. Genevieve hated that kind of disgustingly overt flirtatious behavior she had witnessed ever so briefly between the two. The last thing she saw before the voice came, was one of them sitting on the other and taking part in some repartee. When she came to, they were gone, probably off procreating and producing more driveling, knuckle dragging spawn to forever remind her about how few others there were that compared to herself. She admittedly even hated it when she resorted to such tactics on her own targets. Men being so easy with a touch here, a stroke there. It was like you could get them to kill their own mother by only a fleeting moment of pleasure. It was a bit quaint, she had to admit. Such a genetic weakness so inherently ingrained and strongly in predisposition of most men.
Not even batting an eye when Sovereign was hauled away, she simply looked on his hulking body as he was removed from their presence. A lumbering beast that was quickly outliving his usefulness. As much as she disliked to, she looked to Scar, a rather serious expression plastered over her face as she leaned near him and spoke low enough that only he could hear. "Scar, will you follow me?" She asked him and cocked her head to look at him in the eyes. Genevieve decided she didn't hate him for what transpired between the two of them the night before, it had been mostly her fault in end, but it still left a sour taste in her mouth. He hadn't had even a second thought about taking advantage of her situation, but she was the one who had put herself there. It wasn't like the act was special anymore anyway. Simply another tool in her bag of tricks. "I need you to not speak until I tell you to however."
Not even waiting for a reply, she left him where he was standing and began to walk through the city streets. Noise seemed to bombard her from all directions as the struggle for life and death unfolded before her. For once, she felt almost invisible as she watched the ancients go marching through the trodden earth and rip pokemon from their homes and prostrate them upon the ground as the search began in earnest. The search would take time and Genevieve had no doubt that time would run out until the order was finally given.
Not looking behind her to see if Scar was following, she continued her way through the buildings until she found the one she needed. The bell tower was old and had obviously seen better days. Trudging her way through the ghost town halls of the structure, she made her way to the spiraling staircase and slowly made her way up the steps deep in thought. Where had the pokemon gone who watched this building? It would surely be part of some religion or order that nurtured it. She finally came to the top of the stairs and made her way out to the bell's peak, the outside air a bit chillier this high up and the winds a gentle continuous breeze that buffeted her skin. The bell was silent now, abstractly different from the chaos that ruled below. For whom the bell tolls, was a mystery, but it tolled no more.
Folding her legs inward and sitting down on her knees, she looked out at the city in its entirety, the view impeccable. A shadow moved in her vision, but it was not Scar as she had hoped it would be. "For the rebellion!" The shadow shouted and came swinging at her with a massive hammer, the very same one undoubtedly used to ring the gargantuan bell that now hung over her head. Genevieve remained seated and simply gathered a burst of energy before shooting the pokemon over the side of the tower with a psychic blast. His tortured scream was long and drawn out as he fell, but finally silenced as he reached his eventual and obvious end. "Apparently not a flying type..." She whispered to herself in a little joke that lifted her spirits only slightly. "Falling is a lot like flying, just with a more permanent destination."
Extending a hand to the spot next to her, she waited to see if Scar had indeed taken her up on the offer. She could have sensed if he did, but needed to save her energy for what she had planned. If he had followed, she hoped he would get the message and sit next to her like she needed, if not, this would be much harder without him.
