I can't rng yet, but I will be able to soon, for now though I can only

I can ev any pokemon in a maximum of 510 evs, 255
maximum in any stat,
(252 divides into the same as 255 so I do 252 as a max).
Depending on the request it can take between an evening to a weekend to do a request.
