im trying to join a hacking team as a mapper and i dont know how to insert an image in my post, to show my proof of work. help

Oh yes. Or you can click this image
insertimage.gif
and put the link there. Then it automatically shows if you have the WYSIWYG editor set, which is the default, so yes.
