Hey dude, can I invest two shinies for your Scizor? A Shiny Throh and a shiny Palpitoad? I know they're not what you want but I'm also prepared to offer a shiny Skarmory in that deal. Three for the price of one. So how about it?

I feel as though these two things are exclusive rather than inclusive.

I dont like being scammed with hacked pokemon and hate hacked pokemon. Could be just 1 rule but 2 are always better then 1.

You cannot ask for hacked Pokemon here...
