So Nucleon walks into a bar...

and Ash sees him and says "Who's that pokemon?" and the pokedex says. 'Pokemon not found.' Ash gets all derpy and tries to catch it. Then the Nucleon uses Acid on Pikachu. You get a Rayquaza if you've seen the video.

And gets drunk and starts shifting through eeveelutions and so Draceon was created. No, that's not how that would be weird.
