After finally getting through victory road with my severely underleveled team I lost to Barry so I trained mu luxray like two levels and beat him. I went through victory road saving before every elite four member and only had trouble with the psychic and ground. I am going to use the rest of my rare candies if I have any and will fight the champion

Also I am done with this on Expert Emerald. My team got to level 100! Here are some awesome pics of my team ^^

Third, will you be doing an Ultimate Challenge? If so please check the new(ish) Ultimate Challenge Social Link Rule, as i cant give you your team until i know if you want to use this rule or not.

Nah I won't be doing ultimate :) I cannot seem to find gen 2 games that wouldn't freeze on me/give me black screens every few minutes so I'd basically be able to do all games but 2nd and 6th gen x.x So I am doing few singles instead ^^

OK, well the rule can still apply, it doesnt require that you play all the games. And you can use Heartgold/SoulSilver for Gen 2

HG/SS are the ones giving me the most troubles.

As for arcana- I guess that I will go with banette again for death one. Still need the rest of the team though.

Picked Charmander.
beat JScott.
got oak'oak's parcel and delivered it to the man himself and got a Pokedex for my trouble.
Trained Charmander up to level ten.
Cleared the forest.
Beat JScott.
Beat Brock and got the Gym badge.
Cleared route 3, cleared Mt. Moon and got a fossil for my trouble.
Beat JScott.
Cleared the nugget bridge and beat the rocket grunt.
caught Weed (Oddish).
Trained it to 17 then used my two rare candies on it and get it to 19.
Cleared route 24 & 25 and raised Weed to 22 and Weed evolved into Gloom.
Cleared route 6 and Weed grew to 24.
Beat Misty and got the Gym badge
Caught Dusk (Absol) through gameshark
Raised Dusk to 23 and raised Weed to 26.

It's taken me 3+ weeks to get the first 8 badges in Complex Crystal, but I've finally finished.

I'm completing Johto in one update.

I'm just going to say right now that I've been challenged with this Persona Challenge. Cool idea and I've gotten to use Pokemon I never formally used in a playthrough before. However, it's far from over and there is still more badges to claim. I'll keep you guys updated!

Complex Crystal FINAL UPDATE #2

I finish Kanto and Red.

Spoiler:

This challenge was a blast! My team was pretty good altogether. I had Speed (Crobat), Attack Power(Dragonite, Tauros), Special Attackers(Vaporeon, Misdreavus), and a Tank (Steelix).

But are they really my Persona? Well I'd never use Steelix in a playthrough if not for this challenge. I like Vaporeon, Dragonite and Tauros a lot though!

well you can just postpone it until you feel like continuing, do the challenge at your own pace, whenever you decide to continue you can do another update
