I no longer develop this tool since it's quite old and I can no longer actively test it (since I run Linux now). However, I'll still answer your question. The Pokemon number is the internal Pokemon id. As of now though, it will not properly work with Hoenn pokemon.

Anybody reupload this programms please.

I found!

but version 1.2 does not insert WAV files
1.1 - inserts but reverses WAV sounds :(
Cry.v1.3 use this to change the inversions.
