From Bulbasaur to Zeraora!

Remake of a previous thread. As of 7th Gen there are now 802 Pokemon known to the public and this thread is about going through each one and saying something about it!

Post a number with its corresponding Pokemon in the National Dex, and also make sure to add a comment. Example is below:

I'll start...

#001 Bulbasaur

It's cute but surprisingly an underrated starter.

#002 Ivysaur

Its RB sprite shows it standing up, but the same pokedex entry says that it loses its ability to stand up.

#003 Venusaur

It was once overshadowed but then Chlorophyll and its Thick Fat Mega came.

#004 Charmander
The Kanto(And Kalos?) fire starter

#005 Charmeleon

A middle evo starter...okay.

#006 Charizard

And now the poster-child (or should I say, not dragon?) of the Pokemon series. I once loved Mega Charizard X... but then Alain had to use it to cheat his way to the Kalos League victory.

#007 Squirtle

Apparently this Water starter Pokémon also have some cool side as well.

#8 Wartortle

Living for 100 centuries.

#009 Blastoise

And that makes me land on each fully-evolved Kanto starter. How can you not love those cannons?

#010 Caterpie

It is soft in the beginning, but when it evolves... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )

#011 Metapod

Used Harden!

#012 Butterfree

I still remember the moment when Ash's Butterfree finally debuts, and I think it's pretty good.

#013 Weedle

Definitely the inferior one to Caterpie.

#014 Kakuna

It's Weedle's cocoon form. It seems to be more vicious than Metapod tho...

#015 Beedrill

It's a bee/wasp. One of my favorite early game bugs :D I even had a shiny beedrill once :)

#016 Pidgey

The start of the typical early-route bird Pokemon.

#017 Pidgeotto

It is known to be very territorial.

#018 Pidgeot

When Ash's Pidgeotto evolved into Pidgeot... it didn't get glory and only existed to be let go of by Ash.

#019 Rattata

I have no idea this Pokémon will have alternate Alolan forme back then.

#020 Raticate

Its Alolan Form is also jokingly known as "Faticate".
