<That's Roy Mustang's (Colonel from Fullmetal Alchemist) glove. It has a special property of combustion thanks to the array embroidered in the glove (the intricate pattern) Whenever he snaps his fingers (thus the custom user name) he emits flames from his hands. ...They can explode due to spontaneous combustion.

Roy Mustang is one of my favorite FMA characters... :P He's cool and sarcastic...
