Well, you have to start with the first generation games, and you must use the same type for every generation. So no, sorries.

Poison in FRLG? I'd recommend sequence breaking for the Super Rod so that you can get a Grimer/Muk in Celadon.

Then again, what do I know? I'm doing water, and I can't even keep my fingers in the right spots for saving...

Sorry for not updating at all. I haven't had time to. I also had to revert to using my actual Diamond game because I wasn't at home a lot. I hardly had any time to do anything at home anyways.

I made it through Victory Road and challenged the Elite 4 but failed epically. (I decided to only use Infernape through the whole game.) Momo's low defense made the Elite 4 so damn hard...but he was able to wipe out most of the Pokemon in one hit. Currently I am training at Victory Road.

Current Team:

Momo, Infernape, Lv.72

You have no idea how effective that moveset is for a Fire Pokemon. I literally used about the same moves for Typhlosion, Blaziken, and now Infernape.

Anyways, I'm getting ready to own the Elite 4.

Update: got to Roark... and actually failed to beat him with a level 17 Turtwig...

So I grinded up to level 25... and beat him easily...

I spent a whole day training and finally decided to take on the Elite 4. It was so easy. I went through it with almost 1 hit on every single Pokemon. Aaron was pretty much destroyed. Bertha was quite a challenge with her ground type Pokemon. I had to use about 3 full restores. Flint was owned easily. Lucian was also a bit of a challenge but most of her Pokemon had low defense so Momo's Flamethrower took them out quite quickly. Cynthia was probably the 2nd easiest out of all of them.

I have beaten the Ultimate Monotype Challenge using the Type: Fire. Yay!

So I started this challenge earlier this year but stopped midway because I couldn't find the time to play it. Now that I have time, can I get back in? I lost the file I was playing before so I thought I'd just start over but switch to the flying type, if that's ok
