Ok, let's get started.

First, I like the name. It's pretty unique. I absolutely love the fakemon evolution for Lapras as well. It looks gorgeous.

Secondly, the story... well, to be blunt, it sucks. It's poorly written, doesn't tell us anything at all, and is very vague about anything other than being regional champion. It sounds like it will end up just like every other Pokemon game. Is English a second language for you? If so, I recommend getting someone on the team who is fluent in it and can check / write the dialogue in events for you.

Thirdly, I love the idea of Copy This! Kudos as it is a unique way to implement costuming into the game. Have you decided on if you are just going to do different trainer sprites, or are you going to put in fully fledged costumes? Such as Mummy, Darcula, Pumpkin, etc?

Finally, do you have anything else planned for features? If your story line is lacking, and you don't have many features, it will be hard to differentiate your game from the originals. That means that it probably won't attract as much attention as you hope.

Yes english is a second language but I basicly taught it to myself, and I will work on the story line.

The only thing about the costumes is that it is going to be trainer sprites I think but Ill do some creative ones for Mystery Gifts etc.

I can always help out if you want. Just ask. I think every game should be given a chance to get off the ground. :)

Mystery Gift scripts could be a good idea... You could release them at different times for people to download and do. It would be a surprise; like, Christmas and Halloween costumes too. It would extend the playtime of the game as well as replay value. I would say that the next thing you need to work on is getting up some screen shots. Either done by yourself, or from someone helping you. In-game, character models, sprites. Anything.

Eye candy is always useful for game promotion.

There are plenty of Keygens that make it so that the program registers you as owning it. Google it and find out.

So far, nice screenshots. Only having one in-game screenshot, and with not much going on, I can't really comment on the style yet. The sprites, however, look very nice. Still, they could use a little work. The outline for Aaron seems a bit fuzzy, and Stevie's face needs more detail. Other than that, though, you're starting off quite nicely.

Firstly, I love the name, it's original, yet follows the same style of the Pokémon game remakes. The story is... pitiful. The PokéDex assignment makes sense, however, its very boring; maybe you could add a bit of back story? Why did the Professor ask the two heroes to partake in the assignment? I think you get the idea, it might be Pokémon, which mostly makes no sense, but I doubt the Professor would just randomly pick two children to do an assignment for him. The part about the Giovanni and Cyrus makes no sense from what I read, for the assignment do you have to beat those two? Its the impression I'm getting.

"...in the quest to save the Melodie Region." I thought the quest was to fill the PokeDex? You get my point. Finally, "...never before seen features", I don't see any 'never before seen features' on the post, so maybe you could actually give use proof to back up your claim, other wise its hollow.

The screenshot is abysmally bad, and gives your pretty good thread a bad point. Its just a wooded grid, two houses and a road. How could you class that as a screenshot? I'm not trying to be nasty, but if you want the users to post (who are mostly 12 on this site), than you need pretty pictures and not two houses.

The Copy This! feature seems promising, I wouldn't class it as new, as costumes have already been added to the official Nintendo games. However, what I don't understand is the use. Costumes for what? - are they overworld clothing, or costumes for contests? Please elaborate.

Finally, the PokeCentre updates seem promising, but you might want to elaborate further (or actually elaborate).

So overall, the game looks promising, but so far, I'm not really seeing any reason to play the game, it seems like just another game on this site that looks promising, but once you get to play it, is crap.

SO.... the costumes will be overworld costumes, i will elaborate more on the story line and post better screenshots! Thanks for the input

Ok so I will be working on some of the Screenshots this Weekend, I am trying to get the dual screen script to work and If you know how to get this to work please help this is what I need help with.

- Setting a picture with the title screen only
- In Game Screen
- Mouse Pointer to work

I want to soon add a new code for the PokeDex but i need to get this screen to work first and so I can start posting quality screenshots. Please help if you can you can also chat with me on msn: [email protected]

I did get 'stevie' from deviantart but this is temporary I am going to work on her later. She will be added to the events after mapping and the story events, but thanks for calling me out on that, i forgot to mention it was temporary and that i got it from deviantart!

Sure there is a keygen on youtube it works but i would not suggest getting it, but yes you can suggest ideas.

You cannot use the lapras evo as it's designer has strict rules.
He/She states that the sprites cannot be used by anyone except himself/herself and Pokemon Torzach.

I'm afraid I would be strongly against you using my pokemon, it would ruin the originality for both my hack and your game. Ami and me agreed on me being the only one using them. Sorry!

No Problem dude, I will use another pokemon and It will not change the game much at all, Now all I need to do it work on the title screen :p

Ok! Were do i begin.... Well since I am starting to get into hardcore mapping I am now just realizing that I need a region map!! I started to make the map in photoshop but I failed epicly, so I was wondering if somebody could make the map????

If you are willing please post the map here and I shall use it!
