5th Gen B2W2 Guidelines for Posting News

Hi. Recently Serebii has let us know that various people have in fact received their copies of B2W2. To try and keep the B2W2 forum as clean as possible, please follow the correct etiquette on posting in the correct sections.

Spoiler Tags​

For the sake of those that do not want their game spoiled, Please use Spoiler tags for major game information. I will be highlighting a lot of threads to give a Spoiler warning from the main thread page.

Search to see if your topic is already being discussed.​

We already have a plethora of active topics and threads open right now and the last two weeks have pretty much been me closing threads that are already being discussed, moving/merging threads into others that are similar in nature or go into greater detail on the topic being discussed, move/merged posts to correct threads as they were in the incorrect thread.

I will list some of the more major threads currently open and explain what they are discussing.

• New Gyms? Gym Speculation
  This thread is for discussing EVERYTHING related to the Gyms. Your thoughts on the leaders, their Pokemon, and what you think the others will have (until the rest of the Gym Leaders are shown with therr Pokemon.
  
  We already know the order in which the gyms are taken on. Please don't start threads about specific Gym Leaders and their Gyms.
  
  If for some reason the Gym Leader has a special function outside of their Gyms, you MAY start a thread about it, but please search to make sure no one else did first.
  
  
• Returning Characters (Speculation)
  This thread is to discuss all returning characters from the Black and White Pokemon games. What are their new roles, how do the effect the storyline, are they still important? This is for both minor and major discussion on single characters. Gym Leaders have their own thread, Plasma has its own thread. If its a character making a comeback please post in this thread. If its a new character please search before starting a new thread on them.
  
  
• Pokemon in BW2 Speculation
  This thread is to discuss all the Pokemon that have been confirmed to be in the Pokedex for Pokemon B2W2. Post here if you find some new Pokemon or if you simply want to share your opinion on the ones revealed.
  
  
• A New Unova
  This thread is to discuss the face change to the region itself. Cities, plots, areas of interest, and to lesser extent the minor attractions. Please keep in mine that Pokewood and the World Tournament have their own threads so please stick to making full discussions on those two in their threads.
  
  
• Akuroma
  Our new, enigmatic, mysterious researcher with possible hidden motives. Everything that pertains to Akuroma is in this thread. Everything from opinions, to speculations on what he does, to what Pokemon he uses.
  
  
• Team Plasma
  This thread is for everything Team Plasma related in B2W2. From the new looking Black Berets, to the White Knights, Sages, Ghetsis, and N. What do they want? What are their plans? Why are they all the grunts redheads? All discussions are here.
  
  
• New Version Exclusive Areas
  This thread is to discuss Version Exclusive AREAS. Leave Pokemon in the Pokemon discussion please. This thread is for the new areas exclusive to B2 and W2 such as Black City (Upgraded version), White Forest (Upgraded Version), Watered Cave, and Lava Cave. Please do not make discussions about Ruby/Sapphire remakes in this thread, they will be deleted. Game talk not belonging to B2W2 needs to go to its respective area.
  
  
• Pokewood
  Lights, Camera, Brycen? This is the thread for the Pokewood. B2W2's newest filler side event where we make movies using Pokemon. You can discuss what is known now and what you hope to see in the future.
  
  
• Pokemon World Tournament
  This thread is for discussing the Pokemon World Tournament that is held in game. Speculation on the Gym Leader/Champion's teams to your opinions on them being there and about how the gameplay will be.
  
  
• New Game Features
  This is for the new game features offered in B2W2. This is a generalized thread, so specific threads can be made about the items with-in this thread. Please wait for more information of them before you do though, you'd need more than what is already presented. Other than that feel free to use this thread to your heart's content with updates on the new features in the game. Please note Pokemon AR Searcher/Dream Radar is a Spin Off game and needs to be discussed in the Spin Off Forum.
  
  
• Even more new Formes?
  This thread is to discuss the new forms of Keldeo, Meleotta, and the Kami Trio as well as any new forms that pop up in B2W2. If you want to discuss Kyurem's new forms please go to Black Kyurem or White Kyurem. This is for speculation as well as general dicussion on what you like/dislike and your hopes for them.
  
  
• Genesect
  The only legend not to have any limelight so far. Anything and everything revolving around Genesect, speculation, opinions, hopes and dreams, can be discussed here.
  
  
• Storyline Speculation
  While the games are currently being revealed kinda makes this thread pointless, you can still discuss your opinions on the storyline for the new game here.

Remember 4 Word rule applies here and if your posts don't look like they are contributing they very well may be deleted.

Check sources, this goes in with search the forum.​

Every once in a while someone will discover old rumors on other sites and pass them off here unknowing that they may be old, false, or mistranslated. Don't want someone looking or feeling as if they'd just got a failing grade announced in front of their peers.
