I fared the placid sea of moonlit night
They dared to rush back to the fearless height
To soar the highest mark I thrust my strength
They pulled me back to where I'm restricted
Tomorrow might just see me one dead soul
And they'll cast their eyes on me that cold
Gone are the words that cuddled me for life
Since birth they missed to hit the mark
and when the sun rose from its grave
They tossed me all that they were
And the yoke I bore were theirs before
Should lose or win press to play more
