Trainer Type Challenge

Introduction

Hey there guys I'm Pokemagician and welcome to the Trainer Type Challenge. This challenge is based upon the trainer types from within the games where you choose one of the 12 available Trainer Classes and use a party made up of the Pokémon on that Trainer Class' list, taken from the Pokémon they use in game with a few additions here and there to make sure each and every class has around 30-50 Pokémon!

Rules
1) To take part in this challenge, you must pick ONE Trainer Class ONLY
2) You may only use Pokémon off the chosen Trainer Class' list and any other stage along their evolutionary path
3) The game is considered complete when the credits first role, though if you want to complete Johto games by doing Kanto or beating Alder in B/W feel free, though it is not compulsory for Single or Ultimate Challenge
4) You can Hack/Trade in a Pokémon at an appropriate level (e.g. similar to wild ones around current area) if it appear late on in the game (after the Eight Gym onwards) and you wish to use it in your party
5) Hacks can only be played as part of the Single Challenge, not the 5 Region, as I feel many are too far altered from the original region they are based on
6) You can use None, One or Two of the additional, OPTIONAL rules for each class (please state how many and which ones you are using in your sign up for the challenge)
7) Your party must consist of AT LEAST TWO Pokémon
8) You may only have one of each species of Pokémon in your party, unless a split evolution is available and utilised by you (e.g. Wurmple can become either Dustox or Beautifly, so if you have 2 Wurmple, one must become Dustox, the other, Beautifly)
9) HM Slaves are allowed, though they are not allowed to be used in battle, so please refrain from doing so as much as possible!
10) You can play through the games in any order if taking the Ultimate Challenge!
11) If taking the Ultimate Challenge, you may use a varied party between each game, though must stick with the same Trainer Class throught the play through!

Yes, you can hack in the Pokémon you want to use as long as they are at a similar level to the ones in the area that you hack them in (e.g. Heracross in Viridian somewhere around level 4-6)

Finally time to begin! Before I do though, I will be putting in when I find a "Life Plate", as they are relevant to this particular hack, just I'd have to catch all the Pokemon first.

-Received Running Shoes, Bike, and (no idea why) GB Sounds
-Received Senkei/Chikorita (F, Lv.5)
NB: This should provide more of a challenge to me, as I've never used Chikorita or any of its evolutions.
-Received the Pokegear (henceforth abbreviated to PG)
-Registered Prof. Elm in the PG
-Senkei learned Razor Leaf
-Arrived in Cherrygrove City and received both the Old Rod and the Map Card from the "Guide Gent"
-Saved progress for now

Team:

Senkei/Chikorita (F, Lv.7)
Tackle, Growl, Razor Leaf

After attempting Soul Silver, I am going to make a quick tweak to the rules. As some people doing the Ultimate Challenge or indeed the Single on one of the Johto games may just want a quick run through, I will now make it so it is no longer compulsory to beat Red in the Johto region games and Alder in B/W, though you may do so if you wish too! Anyway, here is my final update for my Soul Silver run:

Rival - Soul Silver
Badges: 16

Team:

Bertha the Tyranitar Level 60
Crunch
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Stone Edge

Sheldon the Exeggutor Level 60
Leaf Storm
Strenght
Psychic
Giga Drain

Tyson the Typhlosion Level 60
Blast Burn
Flamethrower
Rollout
Quick Attack

Mac the Heracross Level 60
Megahorn
Brick Break
Close Combat
Night Slash

Lupin the Kadabra Level 60
Psychic
Psybeam
Shadow Ball
Future Sight

Rose the Pidgeot Level 60
Fly
Wing Attack
Quick Attack
Aerial Ace

Ok, so I lost the update data I had, but I've arrived at Violet City and added two new Psychic-types to my team. While I was updating though, I realised that the name I gave Eevee is more suited for an Ice-type, so once I get to Goldenrod City, I will be rectifying the situation, but for now, I will be referring to her as Eevee instead of Shirayuki.

Team:

Senkei/Chikorita (F, Lv.11)
Tackle, Growl, Razor Leaf, PoisonPowder

Shirayuki/Eevee (F, Lv.10)
Tackle, Tail Whip, Bite, Sand-Attack

Natu (F, Lv.7)
Leer, Air Cutter, Confusion, Night Shade

Ralts (F, Lv.5) @Exp. Share
Growl

what sucks is there's none that can use kecleon/stantler/girafarig...oh well.

Username: TheFifthAlice
Chosen Trainer Type: Lass
Challenge Type: Ultimate
Game(s): Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, Platinum, White
Optional Rules Chosen: Aww, babies!(no evolving pokemon)
(i assume having pokemon like pikachu or marill that were already evolved when you caught them don't count towards this...? or can i not use them, only pichu and azurill? like, i'm only talking about the ones that produce baby pokemon.)

is that fine?

TheFifthAlice, in the case of Pokémon such as Marill and Pikachu etc. using your chosen optional rule, you may use either the baby stage e.g. Azurill, Pichu or the basic stage e.g. Marill and Pikachu! Thanks for bringing this to my attention, will try to make it clearer in future! Good luck, enjoy and keep us updated!

Have now added both TheFifthAlice and NobodyAdam to the list of participants!
