Super Mario Land (1 and 2) Remake?

Should the Super Mario Land series be remade, yes, we have the Virtual Console stuff, but, it's just the same as the Gameboy versions, wouldn't it be swell for the SML series to have more levels and worlds?

I don't think a remake would have more levels. It would just look better.

They're both awesome, I would like a remake involving Luigi, maybe Super Luigi Land? And have Mario as player 2.

Well I'd definitely want it for SML (1) since all the sprite were puny and it needs tons of polish. To me, on the other hand, SML2 doesn't need a remake since it's much better looking than it's predecessor, and the close camera wasn't an issue.
