Question about Wifi plaza?

I'm wondering this, and I'm sure others have asked this. Has anybody made they're own Wifi Plaza? I'm thinking if somebody could do it. Im thinking that like the GTS server spoof, use a DNS server, and setup your own Wifi Plaza from your PC. it could have a GUI, and say what rooms could be used. could anybody do this? I know that GTS in unencrypted, and SSL is on Mystery Gift, so, if it's then unencrypted, somebody could do it right? but I know that SSL spoofing is IMPOSSIBLE.
