Ray, first of all, I can't see this new banner in your sig, it's just a small red x.
Secondly, sorry but I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish the big banner for a while as I just started my new job (plus a small side job) and that's taking up most of my time and any free time I get is usually either relaxing or working a little bit on my game. I'm also starting college soon and so I'll have even less time.
Again I'm sorry but if I have a slot of free time, I'll have a go.

There are no new tiles, just palletes.
And the palletes look horrible. The green just reminds me of spinach :X
The Giratina's small picture is horrible. Maybe try to learn how to reduce the size of a pic properly.
The sprites aren't good, too. They are merely edits, and even those aren't good ones.
