The journey begins with Yuri Lowell who leaves the Lower Quarter of Zaphias on the search of a thief. After breaking out of jail he finds himself accompanied by Estellise "Estelle" Sido Heurassein, who (with Yuri's help) escaped the castle to try and warn a knight by the name of Flynn Scifo, and his dog Repede. What started as a simple search journey became much more when they find themselves surrounded by corruption of the Imperial Capital. Having already turned his back on the Capital, Yuri formed a guild with Karol and Judith named Brave Vesperia. After the defeat of Barbos, a guild leader who was hired by the magistrate Ragou for power, Yuri and his companions start setting out to destroy the root of the corruption.
But just as there were corruption in the Union some of the Imperial Knights are on Yuri's side. Flynn Scifo, who later realizes the deep corruption, and several others, help Brave Vesperia in their journey to fight for the common people.

This is a mafia based off the game Tales of Vesperia for the PS3 (the version that didn't come out in English hurr). In this game Brave Vesperia and Co. are your innocents while the corrupt Imperial Capital are your mafia.

? YURI LOWELL
A young man who grew up in the lower quarter of Zaphias, the Capital. An Ex-Knight, Yuri has since turned his back on the capital and started a guild with Karol. Tired of the shit the capital does, Yuri will one night take things into his own hands to protect the safety and welfare of the common person.
? ESTELLISE SIDOS HEURASSEIN
Nicknamed Estelle by Yuri. Estelle is a Princess who spent her life stuck in the Zaphias Castle. Although she's still trying to find out where she belongs Estelle is proficient in healing artes and can protect someone each night.
? KAROL CAPEL
Guild Leader of Brave Vesperia and youngest guild leader in the Union. Although Karol might still be a coward don't underestimate him. He's able to survive one extra hit before being taken out.
? RITA MORDIO
A genius mage who is infamous in the scholar city of Aspio. Her expertise on Blastia has allowed her to create a special Blastia which, when given to another player, will reveal who the last person they chose upon the new holder's death.
? RAVEN
A fishy old man who is actually a high ranking member of the guild Altosk. Complains a lot and will spend the night distracting someone with his nonsense. Possibly drunk. But is that all there is to Raven?
? JUDITH
A mysterious Krytian who had decided to become a member of Brave Vesperia. Previously a Blastia Hunter she is not someone to be taken lightly. If lynched Judith will take down someone with her.
? REPEDE
Yuri's loyal complanion. Able to wield a weapon and fight on his own Repede is also proficient at item handling. Each night Repede can Item Throw a sword or vest to anyone of his choosing.
? FLYNN SCIFO
Yuri's childhood friend. Although he is a Captain of the Imperial Knights Flynn cannot forgive Alexei or the others for what they have done. As such, each night Flynn will investigate in hopes of finding Alexei and his subordinates.
? PATTY FLEUR
A young Pirate who is in search of both her memories and an important treasure. Once per night Patty can Summon Friends! What happens when she does that? Not even Patty knows!
? DON WHITEHORSE
Known as The Don, Don Whitehorse is the leader of the guild Altosk and the Guild Union in Dahngrest. Each night he's able to visit someone and protect them from death by dying in their place.
? IODER ARGLYOS HEURASSEIN
Prince of Zaphias and rightful heir to the throne. If Ioder is taken out votes will be PM'd the following day.
? SCHWANN BRIGADE
A small brigade of the Imperial Knights. Although enemies of Yuri they... aren't exactly useful. The Schwann Brigade consists of Leblanc, Adecor, and Boccos and have no special abilities.
? IMPERIAL CAPITAL
?ALEXEI DINOIA
Commandant of the Imperial Knights. Due to his high ranking when investigated he'll still be seen as innocent. This is corruption at it's root, after all.
? RAGOU
A Magistrate of the Imperial Knights. He's been using his title as a get out of jail free card, much to Yuri's annoyance. Each night Ragou can hired someone to fabricate an item and give it to someone.
? ALEXANDER VON CUMORE
A Captain of the Imperial Knights. He received that title simply for being a noble but as an actual knight? Well, each night he uses one of the knights under his command to silence someone for the next day phase.
? ZAGI
A crazy killer who is out to get Yuri. At one point he'll be able to guarantee a mafia kill.

Guild Leader of the guild Leviathan's Claw. It seems it has his own goals in mind. Perhaps get himself taken out?

Some mysterious war hero with questionable motives. Every night he'll hide near someone. He wins if he survives until the end.
