about eving, should i ev only in the best stats, or should i ev after what suggested on smogon and such for competitive battling?

I have a GTS Dialga that I want to trade for a Shiny level1 Aerodactyl and a Shiny level 1 Onix.

I have an UT Zapdos Lv 50 on my SS game, Jolly nature, not shiny, would that be worthy of a duskull, elikid, charmander, yanma, dunsparce, gligar, skuropii, riolu or anotith? Whichever would be easyest to get. :P
