I've posted about it on Pokemon Treasure and Pokemon Weather Generation (The latter of which I was Co-founder of until I quit)

I'd also like to make an actual site >.<;

There's only so much I can do with a thread on a forum.

I could easily create a modified version of PKSV to help write the scripts!
But that'll take a long time to get there, right?
