No offence, but there's not much to say.
You've picked the easiest set of sprites to rip, so easy someone could do it themselves, and the ''Golden'' Gyarados is just a recolor which, again, anyone can do themselves.

If you're gonna provide resources of sprites, try to find some that no one can find, but people are looking for.
Like ones that aren't present on: http://www.spriters-resource.com

i drew the charmander charmeleon and charzard? i don't know how to rip things, I was looking at pictures on google and drew them. but that's cool. and I know anyone can re color pokemon but it doesn't mean I can't and put them out there for others to use so they don't have to.
also, i don't believe there are any pokemon over world sprites that aren't already out there so there isn't a point to sprite anything, even tilesets etc. but i find joy in drawing my own sprites. its also nice that i wont have to credit anyone for them in my game

Umm, you didn't draw these.
Spoiler:

They are from the official Mystery Dungeon Games.
This would count as stealing.

I kind of don't get the point in sharing these if you're just going to provide them formatted as jpeg.
