I'm starting the SoulSilver part of my challenge next, here are my Pokemon that I will finish the game with:

-Started with Chikorita, did the Mr.Pokemon thing, and beat Silver(Rival).
-After getting my pokeballs, I beat the trainers on Route 30, 31 and caught Zubat in Dark Cave.
-I trained in Sprout Tower after beating it.
-I then beat Falkner and his trainers.
My Team at this point:

-I got the Egg from Prof. Elm's Assistant, I then continued to Route 32.
-I beat the trainers and arrived in Union Cave, I went through and made it to Route 33.
-I did the Slowpoke Well/Team Rocket stuff. I then beat Silver and trained at Ilex Forest.
-I beat Bugsy and his trainers.

-I continued to Ilex Forest, did the Farfetch'd stuff and taught Headbutt to Bayleef.
-I beat every trainer in Route 34 and did the Daycare stuff.
-I beat every trainer north of Goldenrod, and entered the bug Catching Contest. I caught Scyther and won the contest with him.
-I then traded him to my HG and gave him the Metal Coat on that game, and traded him back with it. And...Tada... I have a Scizor.
-I got the Radio card and beat Whitney and her trainers.

-I talked to the girl by the Sudowoodo tree and she gave me the berry pots.
-I then got the Watering Can and watered Sudowoodo. I then defeated him.
-I beat the trainers on Route 37 and arrived in Ecruteak.
-I beat the Rocket Grunt in the Kimono building(I can't remember what it's called).
-I then went to Burned Tower, caught a Magmar after defeating Silver.
-I also went west and caught a Snubbull in Route 38.
-I then trained on Route 38, and Mt. Mortar beat the various trainer(I couldn't get very far in Mt. Mortar, due to not have surf yet).
-I beat Morty and his trainers. I sweeped with Granbull and Bite.

-I caught and replaced a Goldeen(for surfing) in the little lake thing, and caught my last Pokemon, Poliwag.
-I continued to Route 38 and 39 while beating the trainers, I also got stopped by Baoba and his Safari Zone stuff.
-In Olivine, I got to the top of of the Lighthouse and beat every trainer, and then talked to Jasmine.
-I surfed to Cianwood while beating every trainer.
-I traded Poliwhirl with my HG King's Rock and evolved him to Politoad.
-I beat Chuck and his trainers.

-I beat Clair and her trainers.
