Although it is what I love most about Whimsicott, I removed the fluff (or hair, whatever) because I thought it would leave more room for changes.

Added Scizors arms and Duclops eyes, and changed hue to make his arms match better but accidenlty gave him 5 a'clock shadow.

BTW Aryan143 can we make it a rule to not submit an already edited pokemon sprite to start a new round. Giving us an edited black Arcanine for a game all about group contributions seems inappropriate.
