4th Gen I could really use some help in EV training and stuff

Hi guys, so I just started again in platinum (first run through) and wanted to do it properly for once, so I'm EV training, only problem is, pokerus is too rare!? I would be extremely grateful if someone could offer up a pokerus slave pokemon, thank you thank you thank you!!
