When I hit New Game or Continue in my game I get this

I just replaced the ow sprite and I got it to work but the next time I got this

The overworld has valid dimensions (both divisible by 4)?

its a 256x256 image. Its worked before though.

Try to delete your save file. This file can be found in the folder C:\Users\<Your username>\Saved Games\Pokémon Essentials (or the game folder if that doesn't exist).
