Move Hex Values?

Hello crew, I am currently working on adding new Abilities to AquaHarmony and I have noticed that some of the moves are listed in PBMoves as Hex Values. How do I figure out what the moves are so I can define some new Abilities?

What are you talking about? Moves and abilities are separate things. The only hex part of either of them are the move function codes.

You can try reading the wiki if you want some information about Essentials.
